Are you using an electronic scale by any chance?

I have a 550 but understand the 650 and 550 use the same powder measure. Perhaps the bellcrank screw, 13904, needs attention. That screw should hold part ,17839, snug to the powder measure. The arm on 17839 holds the plastic square widget, 13871, secure on the powder bar. The rear movement of 17839's arm should be limited by the powder bar housing. In turn, that limit should keep that plastic square from squirting out. You can test the plastic square whatchamacalleit's retention without having a case activating the powder funnel. Lift the ram, then use a finger to push the powder measure in. Keep an eye on the plastic part.
