I'm still a beginner but what percent of time should I spend with strong hand only shooting and offhand only shooting? I know I've heard the response practice what you are weak at but thats everything as a beginner. thank you for any guidance.

When you all travel to competitions, classes etc and find yourself in the position to leave our firearms in your car, do you just lock them in our car or do you have additional security such as a travel safe? For example, I stop after work at range then want to stop at grocery but can't carry range bag around grocery. do you just leave your range bag locked in trunk?

Old post but I have a opportunity to train withElias Frangoulis. I've been working hard to compete in USPSA and IDPA this spring but I'm defintely a rookie. Would his class be helpful? I messaged his staff and told them how limited my experience is and they said it would be good for me. Just hoping to hear another opinion. thanks

I started using the Mantis X. I think it provides excellent info for me. I can tell what movement occurred just before trigger action and what movement occurred during trigger press. I can combine that info with what my eyes and body were telling me about my target, sight aligment etc. Any changes in technique gives me immediate info. I use it for live fire and dry fire.
