You’re Lucky if it Doesn’t drop right in, and needs minor fitting. That will assure, well, a better fit. Simple as can be with a fine file. Go slow, & check fit often. Use Dykem, or even a sharpie, to slowly take down the high spots. It’s a simple process that you can def do yourself. Going slow is still faster than dropping off and picking up, and nobody cares about your stuff as much as You do. Go Slow

The 40 slide and extractor work 100% reliably, with no mods, shooting a 9mm switch barrel. Many thousands of rounds in competition, and never a single failure here. Its a simple procedure to hand fit the barrel, and get the 9 mags. Springs, tune to load.

Regor, I have not squeezed the mag bodies. Not familiar with the details there. I have tried round nose, and truncated cone, in both 9/40. Same issue. The Top round surfaces with a gap between it, and the round underneath of it, then gets pushed straight into feed ramp. Spring appears to maintain adequate pressure though. The reliable feeding, when loaded down to 19~20, didn't draw me towards the top double/single junction, should it?

I got the 170 ext's for TSO. I Can't get them to run with factory 40 or 9 mags. They just nose dive. Stock pads run 100%. Tried blending at mating surfaces, polishing internal CZ mags and followers, adj lips, and springs. SP advised a return, says TS are a problem, but I'd Like to get them running. Any suggestions? TIA
