I’ve seen some of guns members of this group have built so I hope you can help me out. Last year I picked up a EAA 9x21 open gun 1993 vintage for next to nothing($300cad). The gun came with a PDP2 in a Canadian made ARMCO mount, at the time I had access to an old vertical mill and a spare fastfire 3 kicking around so I made a plate to mount in place of the rings which worked well. I got ahold of a Cmore in a Cheely 90 mount for a czechmate that I’m going to install. My question is in regards to the angle of the mount, the tube optic had a foreword tilt built into the mount I’m assuming to match the tilt of the barrel when locked up. That tilt transferred to my FF3 mount and seemed to work fine, do I need to match the Cmore to the barrel tilt or level to the frame/slide when I drill the new holes?
