Just got the reloadinginnovations spill stop washer kit, and it's amazingly solid. No case wobble on index, and it's a solid index into place. I'm tempted to run two, but I don't feel the need as of yet.

Found the glass wipes at Costco in the medicine area. 9 bucks for three big boxes. Works great on glass and shooting lenses.

The polymer plates will probably last a hell of a long while. I've only ever seen one stock base plate crack from a drop. I like the added weight of the full metal ones to ensure it will drop free for me.

I've never been able to get used to vogels grip style. I tried it for about a month, and couldn't get comfortable. Switched back to my regular grip and my shooting improved.

So I ended up getting one. So far I really love it. It kinda makes it redundant since I continually feed a tube with bullets during loading anyway, but I feel like it makes my whole process smoother. The die works really well and I could probably have done well with just the die itself and just feed the die instead of putting it directly into the casing. Yes it does take time to load the magazines one by one when you could just place the bullet into the case, but so far I like it. One day I'll get the big boi version. It really all depends on your preference. The set screws fit really nice on the poly trigger without needing loctite. Aluminum you'll definitely need to loctite em. Other than that the aluminum is pretty damn nice.

I focus on learning from my mistakes. Dwelling on how you did doesn't make you a better shooter whatsoever. Just focus on what you can do better next time.

I used to feel super rushed on the first stage for some reason. I think all the mental preparing the day before and the morning made me feel like I had to go to 0-60 really quick. I started just slowing it down and readying myself at a good pace before the start of the first match.

Dry firing and consistent grip helped me with dot acquisition.

That is correct. Most laser bullets operate the same way. Activates on firing pin. Works great if you have a double action trigger.

I'm pretty damn jealous of this setup. I thought about doing something in my backyard, but I feel like my two story neighbor will think I'm a little crazy

Anyone ever watch Chris Tilley's video on grip? Pretty interesting since I never really thought about front the back grip, just sideways pressures.

What kind of comp do you have on the top CZ?

Haha that's why I make it a point not to shoot anyone else's setups. Makes it start to get expensive :-p. have you had any issues with the battery disconnecting on a shot and shutting off?

I shoot open and my first pouch is dead center under my belly button. Makes it easy to have the same spot every time.

I have my first pouch dead center so it helps me always put my belt on properly, and I always have my mags angled to where my hand is naturally angled when I go down to reach. The first two are usually around 45 degrees, and my 9 o'clock pouch is pretty much straight up and down. That being said I have my belt so it velcro together dead center on my back, so I have room to put pouches in the front.

Shooting with much better shooters makes me feel like I have to shoot much faster and I usually end up shooting worse, but it also helps since you can talk to them and ask them questions. They're usually very willing to help.

I plan my reloads, and count steel as two shots. Since I shoot open, as long as I have plenty before i have to reload I feel like I'm good. Other divisions you gotta be a little more careful.

I thought music would be distracting, but I may have to try it. Do you guys have it loud or loud enough to also hear people talking?
