Is the elite limited in .40 a large frame or small frame?

New member here, thanks for having me. I recently picked up a witness elite match in 9mm with 45 and 22 conversions, and I have to say it is the smoothest shooting 9mm I have ever shot. I have shot a fair amount of bullseye and PPC in rimfire leagues, as well as some benchrest rifle and pistol. I have been looking into trying some action shooting such as IDPA, USPSA. I am not really sure which at this time. Any suggestions for some one new to action shooting would be appreciated.
