Hi everyone, Took my (new to me) WASR out, ran 50 or so rounds through it (non corrosive Wolf) and when I got home I noticed this... I tried to clean it quick with a little ballistol and a tooth brush... looked thick and oily. Has anyone else seen this before? My guess is some cosmoline was still in there and it heated up by firing and then dried on the surface. Its on the front trunion....Any thoughts??
