  1. Nice, yeah I figured a little filing would be the ticket. Looks great. I decided to just stick with my Orange for now.
  2. Same as it's always been I guess, just 10-rds for everything.
  3. Mine too. Good to at least have some more on hand....just hope I don't have to replace every other match! They had actually sent me two before when I mentioned some of the failures I was getting, but still good to have more.
  4. Yeah, to be frank I'm kind of on my last straw with this system when it comes to reliability. As it stands right now I have a new bolt in place (and them sending me a replacement), and I'm hoping that both the newer ejector and extractor spring/o-ring washer will prove to be the trick. But if it starts acting up again under 1000-1200 rounds, then I've enough and I'll go back to my regular blowback setup which I had gotten quite pleasant with a combination of hydraulic buffer and spring setup, and was dead-nuts reliable. I think it's a very clever system and certainly has its benefits on shooting and traceability, but I get the feeling that it's putting opposite forces on the traditional AR-bolt setup that it wasn't really designed for. And then instead of a longer case to 'swing' out with more torque, you have a squat little case which just stays around until it sort of trundles its way out at the rear. But I really hope now it stays reliable. I can handle a spring replacement here and there every 1000 rounds, but not the mystery of if it'll make it through a match along the way.
  5. Interesting new video.... RDB on bottom:
  6. I don't think so, I think the was referring to a spring that's the same as a 75B/SP01. But for a TS the spring is different. 75B/SP01/Shadow 2: Tac Sport:
  7. Two most common breakages are trigger return spring and the slide lock. Just keep some spares. CZ's are actually quite easy to work on once you get used to it, and also highly recommend the Cajun Gun Works replacement floating trigger pin. Just be careful not to drop or lose small parts.
  8. They seem to stress reliability with a wide range of ammo. I wonder about the other little parts, like if after a while the interchangeable trigger shoes get loose or fall away. The REAL feat will be if that straight 20-round magazine stays reliable.
  9. Flood of reviews..... https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=sig+p322 MSRP looking like $400.
  10. If priced right it should do well.....after the public beta testing, that is.
  11. So it turns out that 'leaked' pic was accurate.... https://www.sigsauer.com/p322-22.html
  12. Wondering if real or if a mockup....if the latter someone went to a lot of effort (not that it's the most elaborate picture ever mocked up, every bullet being the exact same clipping, doesn't really look that 'optic ready', etc.).
  13. The locked-back slide in Humble Marksman's vid looks like a P365's....
  14. But a 20-rd mag would be an extended or something, which essentially any pistol can have. That's why I think this is more likely something like a .22 with a 'duty-size' mag.
  15. I dunno they looked pretty small to me. Been trying to find a way to download the vid so I can get a better look. The cases do look a bit long for .22LR...but it could also be the effects of motion blur/fame blending.... Maybe a .22 Magnum? But they seem a bit short for that. ETA: holy crap is he sunburnt!
  16. That's why I found it weird, otherwise why have different divisions? I just think they should have upped the capacity to 15 for all pistols since they were all 10 before. Or just keep it at 10. So might as well just keep it all at 10 like before. Or just let every pistol start with maximum factory capacity. I dunno, it just seems weird.
  17. I still don't see why they would only increase SSP to 15 rounds unless they are trying to give it an advantage to better compete with ESP and CO and whatever edge those have over SSP in their view. Has SSP really been getting that overwhelmed by ESP and CO? Because to me it's been more about shooter preference, at least between SSP and ESP, whereas the dot I can see giving some an edge. Or maybe cause they ARE trying to even SSP and CO competitively, and since CO and ESP share identical scoring, ESP gets grouped in with CO. Maybe they should have just changed scoring for CO to distinguish it from ESP.
  18. 15-rd maximum for SSP, but not ESP or CO?
  19. Well look at it this way, if you're only going to shoot the gun with the optic and it will never have a rear sight, why have a front?
  20. There's some discussion here.... ETA: LOL...that's YOUR thread!
  21. Also want to note that for the extractor...they sent me a new one when I requested a while back, and also in the bolt that's part of the repair kit....it has the o-ring whereas before I think it was only the spring and center post. I guess this holds up better against compression and kinking so it's what they recommend from now on.

    Slide Stops

It should, they are the same frame as far as all the internals and externals go.
  23. I use the extended base pads that came with the nickel mags.... And doing some fitting/filing on the legs of the follower, I get 20 rds whereas normally it's 19. I think the Grams follower kits fit even more, but haven't tried.
  24. I probably could have managed just fine with a full front sight on my Shadow with a red dot. But it was rather pointless as well since the slide milling for the optic removed the rear sight, so it wasn't a huge effort to just cut and grind it down. On a Sig P226 with an optic, I'm fine with the tall suppressor height sights that came with it with one modification...they were three white dots and that was distracting as all my irons essentially have blacked-out rears (maybe with tritium vials with they're night sights). So I filled I the rear black dots with some black paint, and the dot works well I conjunction with the sights in case the dot ever goes out. But if I couldn't keep a rear sight on that gun I would have taken out the front sight as well. So essentially, if there's a front sight with no rear sight to line up with, it could be a distraction for me because of so much muscle memory shooting irons and naturally lining them up. Part of me by habit is not searching for the rear notch to even out with the lone front sight (even though I'm used to just a front on a shotgun). And that's exacerbated if the front sight is 'normal' height, because then I'm raising it even more. But if front/rear suppressor-height sights are there and don't take up much window, then they already line up naturally so it's fine. Especially on a Sig which has always lined up and pointed naturally for me almost without even trying.
