Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. $2.99......... I don't know man. I mean, I got a mortgage and a dog to keep fed....
  2. Does the 2.0 back strap hold up to stippling or does it not need it?
  3. I recently added Dawson Precision grip tape to my M&P Pro. Love it, but it doesn't cover the back strap where I was hoping for the extra grip the most. So I stippled the back strap, but I think the rubber is too soft and really didn't add a ton of grip. Anyone else experience this, or do I just need to burn deeper? Are there any other options for adding grip to the back strap? Pics for fun:
  4. I only have it as an image. Is there a video available? Yes, my grip is essentially the same if I shoot strong hand only. I never thought of that, should it be different? I don't have a problem with my strong hand moving around (I don't think). It is only the fingers of my weak hand. Even the palm of my weak hand stays in the same spot. But my fingers slide. My weak hand fingers almost make a mini fist in front of my strong hand instead of wrapping around them. Btw: I do appreciate all the comments, now I just have to get out and shoot to see what stops it.
  5. Grip tape ordered, because it can't hurt, but still the problem is my front fingers sliding against my dominant hand fingers. One of the guys that is usually at our weekly practice matches uses grip lotion, so he will likely let me try some. I was thinking, when I use to do a push/pull grip, I didn't have this problem (but I also wasn't shooting compatition). Is the grip more forward/back, or fingers pulling towards your palm?
  6. I am using the basic thumb over thumb grip with weak hand palm in the gap and fingers wrapped around the front of my dominant hand. No matter how hard I squeeze my non dominant hand, after two or three shots, my finger slide around the front of my dominant hand so I am basically just pressing against my fingers and the only real gun support is coming from the heal of my hand. Do i need to focus on tighter grip yet? Is there a way to adjust my had to get more grip? I can't imagine this is normal, because it changes my grip drastically from shot to shot. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
  7. Is the apex trigger often this difficult to install properly? I'm planning to get one soon, and am debating between installing it on my own or dropping it at the gunsmith.
  8. Hey guys, long time shooter, but just getting into USPSA. Shoot an M&P Pro in production. Also won a Glock 17 from a GSSF Match this spring, so one will likely get a limited upgrade once that comes in and money permits. For now investing in ammo and experience.
