  1. BILL DRILLS!!! Time after Time after Time!!! Make sure and use a timer as much as possible with the PAR timer on.
  2. I dont think wind is going to affect USPSA becasue almost everything we shoot is below 50 yards. But when wind is pushing the body around it will forsure affect the way we shoot.
  3. whoaa... maybe you should blast the person that posted this instead of me, and also not come across in such a hostile manner. I know DAA would fix this without question, they have some of the best customer service out there, but for the price of those mag pouches you shouldnt even have to worry about that. Thats my opinion on it.
  4. Double Alpha Alpha x holster is my favorite holster out right now. I have a few friends that like the ghost but i think the DAA is a better made product. BUT THAT IS COMPLETE PERSONAL PREFERANCE.
  5. I had this same problem and after adjusting the angle and a few different setting on my holster it started becoming very smooth. DAA and EVO are the way to go.
  6. I love my DAA race master mag pouches. They have the new alpha x mag pouches out and theyre not much more expensive than the race masters. Check out both!
  7. Thats not to cool for some of the most expensive mag pouches out right now. I've always been a fan of Saul Kirsch and DAA in general but i would have to think twice about upgrading from my Race master mag pouches after seeing that.
  8. Oakley flak jacket 2.0 with tr-45 lens for indoor and oakley flak jacket 2.0 with polarized black lens for outdoor use. Comfortable, light weight, and they look good.
  9. although i personally like the pocket pro II theres nothing wrong with the cecd7000. We use them ocassionally at our local matches and I've also seen them used at the larger matches. You cant go wrong with any of the big names honestly.
  10. Matt McLearn did a short video on trigger position and trigger pull that’s on YouTube! Check it out!
  11. Once you pick up that 2011, and get it dialed in, you’ll forget than you even own a Glock unless is you daily carry or nightstand gun. But for comps... leave them were they belong.... AT HOME! ??? I’m kidding please no one get mad!
  12. That is a beautiful piece of hardware! I’ve always been a 2011 fan but I’d consider changing if that was offered To me!
  13. Lol I think I’ll just leave the slide racker on there. Sometime you need to be able to rack it quickly in case of a jam or unload and show clear
  14. Of course it helps! But you should hold the gun on target after your shot for an extra second or two. During that time really focus on your whole entire shot sequence(stance, draw, everything that goes into the shot)
  15. Personally I wouldn’t use one. I obviously have one on my open gun because I have to.. if I had a way to rack the slide without one I would take it off. But it’s all personal preference.
  16. I use to go really fast during the ulsc myself.. got a wnarning for not letting the RO actually look down the barrel. I’ve slowed down since then.
  17. I was with a shooter at a match and he shot 17 shots with one foot outside of the box.. 17 procedurals. Fricken funny stufff.
  18. I had a reload happen at the double tap championships where I didn’t seat all the way either. I go to make the shot and the gun doesn’t go off. Turns out I left my magazine a few yards behind me... humiliating. Learned the same thing. Don’t take new gear to a match!
  19. If you shoot long enough it will happen. It’s embarrassing but you’ll look back and learn from your mistakes! Don’t let it weigh on you to much!
  20. In my opinion and the 9mm is more volatile than the 38sc, but brass is much more expensive for the 38. There’s pros and cons to both. But for me it’s all about the 38sc
  21. I have a ruger 22/45 life that has all volquartsen parts that I absolutely love. I can only imagine how much better a scorpion would be...
  22. In an open gun I’d go deltapoint. I had a deltapoint on my M&P and hated it because I couldn’t co-witness. But on an open gun it would be amazing.
  23. As long as you keep shooting who cares what division it’s in. Nobodies judging you by what you have, where all just here for the same things.
  24. Walker makes a pair of Bluetooth shooting muffs that work well. You can control you ambient music separately from the music volume. Amazon has them for around $70.
  25. Eventually your brain will overcome the double vision and you’ll be able to see clearly again. Practice practice practice.
