Use red 271. Just make sure you have a good tool when you decide to take it back out and you’ll probably need a soldering gun to heat it up. I use 271 all the time at work for smaller screws and rarely have any issues removing them. helicoiling your plate will work too. It will allow you to put a little more torque on the screws.

Interested in this as well. I have the reach reduction kit in mine and have occasional light strikes in DA with CCI primers. Never had the issue before the RRK. The hammer travel is definitely less now.

I have installed steel helicoil inserts for some buddies in their aluminum plates with good luck. Might be an option. which loctite are you using?

plenty of options to get it recoated. Cerakote being the cheapest and quickest. I'm sure there is someone local to you that can do it. Ship it off for Black Nitride or DLC but probably 4-6 week turnaround on that.

i ordered my S2 optic plate from them too. Ordered on thursday and received on monday. Super impressed.

My HP38 load in 45acp does the same thing. 176PF. Accurate though

I have the cheap government Bul and it’s a Bushing. Bought from Gilbert.

I have owned several DW, TRP's and currently own a Les Baer TRS and a Bul Gov't from GP arms. The Bul is 95% of the Baer. and well under half the cost. VERY impressed with the Bul. Under 1K and it comes with the right sights and G10 grips and front strap checkering. My trigger was 3lb right out of the box. Runs like a sewing machine with any load I try and its super accurate.

I have a silicone cloth. Just wipe them down after a match and don't think about them again til next practice/match

I used a flat file and then some 600 grit paper to do the final smoothing

Doubt you can tell a difference. 11 will be fine

I painted mine flat black. It actually looks pretty sweet when them get a little wear on them

Not sure. Maybe? I would think it would hang up regardless if that was the case. This is only after I’ve shot a couple rounds and go to do a reload

Shot my LTT in a match yesterday. Almost every reload. I had to grab the mag and pull it out. Could get them to drop free. they drop free if it’s an empty mag or completely full but if I’ve shot half a mag, it won’t. my theory is the top bullet is sliding forward and not allowing the mag to drop free. would extra power mag springs help? Mecgar 18 round mags.

PCC in IDPA is great. Good practice for home defense. Gives you a chance to run your pcc like you can’t do at a static range. not sure why people have an issue with it. It literally doesn’t effect anyone.

If you are going to provide a product to the public, it should be top notch. Whether it’s your full time gig or part time gig. Show some pride. side gig isn’t an excuse
