  1. A-01 can use either mags but with different grips. 75 mags a slightly narrower and the 75 grips have extra material.

    Slide Stops

Expensive but showing in stock. https://dot40prod.wpengine.com/product-category/CZ-OEM-parts/
  3. Been there, done that. Could you give a report on these extensions please.
  4. I have Lok grips on mine and, as I have a large number of 75B mags, I had them make the grips so I could use them in my A-01.

    Slide Stops

Interesting because CZ Custom shows different part numbers for Shadow 2 (#10106) and TS slide stops (#10004). https://czcustom.com/cz-75-ts-slide-stop-cal-9mm-40-s-w.html If you get one please report back.
  6. CZ Custom is an option but they are probably as backed up as Cajun.

Been shooting competition for a couple of years and never had one break....I do carry a spare.

    Front Sights

For action shooting most (but not all) prefer a thinner front sight the reason given is faster sighting of "good enough" sight picture. YMMV Try it and see if it works for you. I just changed my front sight on my S2O to a thinner sight but have not had a chance to shoot it in competition.
  9. 8.1.2.3 "Selective action ”chamber loaded with hammer fully down, or chamber loaded, and hammer cocked with external safety engaged" Note the word or... And what is selective action...8.1.5.4..." Selective Action ”means that the handgun can be operated in either “Single Action” or “Double Action” modes"
  10. You may have already seen this but just in case.... https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=73586.0 Scroll down and there is an excellent close-up view of the action, it may help.
  11. Lyman tumbler...SS pins, dishwasher liquid (with citrus) and HOT water. I no longer use Lemishine, I just make sure dishwasher detergent has "citrus" in it.
  12. Most semi-auto pistols like .356 coated or plated but you need to try different sizes in your firearms. These are much softer than jacketed. Most will want .355 in jacketed. YMMV Some bullet manufacturers offer sample packages so you can try different configurations before committing to a large order.
  13. FYI...Behind the hip bone requirement has been removed from USPSA.
  14. I ordered mine direct from Mec Gar, they said they are slightly different. I believe there is a taper to get around past the Dimple that limits the mag to 10 rounds.
  15. If you don't want to screw the die back in and then re-tighten the set screw try putting a rag over the bushing, this will help prevent scratches on the press or bushing.
  16. Also check the adjustment of your sizing die. I switched to a Lee u-die, there are numerous post on the why's of the U-die.
  17. FYI from the LabRadar site. " It must be 32GB or less, SD or SDHC. Micro USB cards are not recommended. Do a FULL Format of the SD card using FAT 32 and try the card again." You may have already tried this but just in case.
  18. Stats from a recent match. C.O. 28 PCC 13 Prod 13 Limited 12 Open 8 SS 8 CO is the biggest but still good numbers for the rest, except for Revolver.
  19. I download mine to Excel and then add all the info about load, etc. Yes, yes I know not as convenient as an app on your phone but I have records going back several years so for me I would always want to download .
  20. Just got my A-01 and for the first 200 rounds I have had 1 FTE in about the first 20 rounds. Installed a 13# main spring and no problem with fiocchi factory ammo. Next going to try a 8.5# hammer spring with ext. FP. I really like it SO FAR...YMMV
  21. A-01 is made by CZ Custom, it shares some parts with the CZ 75 series but has several differences. The most notable is the sear cage is not removable. Search around and you will find some comparisons online.
  22. Amazon 2.5X69 there is a thread on this forum about using the o-ring instead of the spring.
  23. I have a Hornady LnL with a 8 year old (at least) shell plate and the only time I have a problem is when it is dirty of has a bad spot in the spring. I have started using an o-ring instead of the spring. Is this a new LnL or has it been working in the past?
