  1. My carry gun is a moon clipped revolver and I check to make sure moons I carry go in and they have been loaded for over a year. Moons I use in competition are unloaded at the end of the day as they have been shot. As far as I know you can leave them as long as you want.
  2. Try it off a bench then report back as then it will tell the difference between a good load to look at and the nut behind the trigger.
  3. What size bullet and what accuracy at 25 yds off bench? Curious minds want to know.
  4. 2 more pictures of Allchin 90 degree mount
  5. Lowest 90 degree mount for C-More slide ride aluminum sight. Brings the sight the closest to the bore than any other mount. Can also be used for the plastic slide ride also. You do not have to worry about shooting low when targets are close as you do with the sites that sit straight up. Now if C-More would make a slide ride with an interchangeable green dot.
  6. I wish C-More would make a green dot for their railway. 6MOA
  7. Cmore makes some sights you might be interested in
  8. Make the barrel a .356 and will work on a 627 and 929. After all S&W put .357 barrels on both. I have a .356 barrel on my 627 and use .358 bullets and get great accuracy.
  9. Go into PractiScore and type in world revolver and it brings up the one in Fallon NV being put on the same weekend the IRC is being held in Palisade CO. It is a series the they are shooting and the first one they held in California was shot about a month ago. By the way the date is Sept 29 / Oct 1
  10. Yes I agree and I will leave it at that. “WOKE ” ✌
  11. What new laws and regulations are you referring to?
  12. Pinnacle no longer takes any work.
  13. 2 months to go and lots of local matches and practice to get done between now and then. Also will shoot in Rocky Mountain Regional and Cornhusker MidWest Regional. First IRC I ever shot was in Montrose CO. Palisade should be a great time. ✌
  14. DAA is also a good one and it holds my S&W N frames and my Ruger Super GP100
  15. 160 Bayou 3 grains VV320 1.180. I know it is not 150 grain but this load is good for ICORE and USPSA.
  16. Ship ammo saves the hassle and weight on luggage
  17. You can fly into Denver then rent car through Turbo it is a 4 hour drive over the mountains on I-70. I would just spend the extra money and fly right into Grand Junction
  18. So out of the 627 you can shoot 38 special but not .357 mag. As that is what happened when I fitted a 38 super cylinder and .357 cylinder to same revolver
  19. Like you said different strokes for different folks and when developing load all the factors you mentioned come into play. I was told a long time ago if you were to build a high performance race car you would not run regular gas and all season tires on it. You would use the best to get the best performance. That also goes for all my guns as I feed them what works best regardless of cost but the cleanliness does come into play. The reloading is the same process whether you use good stuff or bad stuff. Not a PIA to mount scope as it only takes 2 screws for base, 2 screws for rings and I also use this scope on my hunting revolver. it only takes time to do this and to me it is well worth the time. Ok enough for now as I have a match I am leaving for and the only thing I have to worry about is the nut behind the trigger. Have a great and blessed Sunday ✌
  20. Only way to figure out the best load and what the gun is capable of. After that is out of the equation it is only the nut behind the trigger. That is why when I shoot my revolver which can hold 2” at 50 yds I don’t worry about it as it is doing it’s part now it’s up to me to do my part. Or you can spray and pray and hope you hit what you are pointing at. Just saying ✌
