Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Happy birthday, Mr Shots❗🎂🎈

  2. After being forcibly evicted 11 days past her due date, our 2nd daughter was born September 3rd. Despite the cord around her neck a couple times and a knot in the cord she emerged healthy at 8 lbs. 12 oz. She's letting us get 5 1/2 hours of sleep at night, so I'm bouncing back fast. Really looking forward to getting back on the range soon. Her big sis is so excited and proud to show off her new sister. She's been so helpful, but oddly enough avoids diaper changing time

Congrats and best wishes! To save some green, I love the idea of a beautiful fake "cake", which is nothing more than foam covered in fondant (I think that thick, fancy cake covering is called) out for everyone to ooha and ahh over, but the guests actually get cut slices of a much less expensive but delicious sheet cake in the back Maybe you could negotiate down the price on the cake cutting fee, what a rip! Yeah, getting married in jeans with a judge was fun, but not going into the marriage in debt....priceless! Good luck!
  4. Thanks for that link to the Salon article, hadn't seen that! Great recap BSG will be sorely missed and it's only a small comfort there'll be a spinoff (hmm, wonder where that idea came from...Stargate maybe) Man a movie would be awesome Scott Ian (of Anthrax fame)has a cool blog and mentions talking with The Chief (one of my favorite characters ) about reading the last few episodes Man's got the inside scoop.... This is a great, uh, well....resource for BSG synopsis and speculation http://www.patriotresource.com/bg/index.html Interesting how they set up the preview for this Friday's episode....they make it look like the freshly unboxed and not surprisingly p.o.'d Deanna tells Roslin she's the 5th....
  5. And when you join the Blizzard Fan Club, you get BOGO coupons emailed to you almost monthly Mmm turtle pecan is my favorite. Sigh, where's that drooling smiley like Yahoo has when ya need it?! If you ask they may still make it for you, even though it's not technically on the menu, as is my favorite.Yeah there's a DQ not more than 5 minutes up the road from my house...and they just opened a Ben & Jerry's scoop shop up the street from where I work Lord help me....
  6. A Hollywood acting legend, former NRA President '98-'03, among many accomplishments, died Saturday evening at 84 Sad to hear he battled Alzheimers in recent years He wrote a great, small gem of a book years ago called "To Be A Man"...glad I own it, even moreso in the event I have a son in 5 more months RIP Mr. Heston
  7. Thanks for the link! That is a great cover, but helps that it's one of my favorite U2 songs too. But Shinedown, was lucky to see them live last year. Had heard Hurt on the radio before, he does a great job. Well, off to mine YouTube for Shinedown songs, be back in a few hours....
  8. Look what this incredibly nice lady made available for me on her website and cafepress.com! She even mentioned me in the description I had seen her other versions up on her website and sent her an email inquiring if she would make a custom maternity shirt available. She very kindly obliged, and even went above and beyond, putting the phrase on a few other items as well. Great gift item for mom-to-be, babies, kids.... ...so keep in mind if you know of any expecting shooters, need a gift for one of our newest future shooters, or kids (So great that I discovered she had it up on her site on my birthday too!) Andrea
  9. Those are great! Yeah cafepress is terrific. Do a search under "shooting" and it'll bring up more fun stuff. Like... Cool T Cool button/magnet A Persoanl Fave
  10. So glad you posted these, I didn't realize there was a club in the valley. Will be hitting Palm Springs Sunday for the week of Christmas, too bad I missed the match. Yeah, looking forward to the 70? degree temps, it's 46 right now here in GA. Actually went to high school in Palm Desert!
  11. Congrats SiG Lady! I graduated from our CPA here in Gwinnett Co., GA in October and am now the Eastside Precinct liaison for the Alumni Assoc. Looking forward to supporting our hardworking officers here as much as possible. If you have any ideas of what would be really useful or they'd love to get, (well, aside from bottled water ha!) please PM me. And I think I'll stay quiet on the most recent topic of conversation re:handcuffs Andrea
