I take it you had the throat of your barrels reamed? Both of mine are at 1.135 and then can no longer plunk and spin..
Have your barrels reamed by @MemphisMechanic. He reamed three barrels for my Czechmate so I can load up to 1.175” (used to just load up to 1.150”).
He did a very good job and turnaround was very quick.

Use a 2mm hex so you don’t risk striping the set screw.

Tso mag well
in CZ
19 minutes ago, JMG said:I had the same problem with my TS Czechmate. There is a new type of magwell for TS pistols sold by CZ Customs. It is pinned by an extension of the hammer spring holder assembly (sold separately). I would contact CZ Customs to see if it would fit the TSO.
It’ll also fit the TSO. I have played around and swapped the CZ Custom large mag well between my Czechmate and TSO.

Tso mag well

Drill a little divot for the set screw to dig into in addition to using blue loctite. I did on my TSO and hasn’t moved since.

Only 19 spots still open for the match. Sadly, I won't be able to attend this year (again!) and, before you all ask, the bouts of a-fib with my heart have been largely contained, the laser retina repair also seems to be holding up well, but I've recently developed some balance issues that seem to be due to as yet undiagnosed inner ear problems. I had a complete hearing and balance test done earlier this week and a CT scan done this morning so, hopefully, we'll know something soon. Best wishes to all those who will be on the range at PASA. Stay safe and good shooting.
Sorry to hear about your health issues.
On that note, have your doctor or endocrinologist done any Thyroid tests? I ask because when I was having balance problems, heart palpitations (115-120 bpm resting heart rate which was initially diagnosed as Afib) and weight loss, the doctor did some tests (bloodwork and CT-scan) on my thyroid and my enzymes were off the roof. Once he gave me meds to lower my thyroid enzymes (T3, T4 and TSH), my balance problems and heart palpitations went away. I’m have also gained back the weight I lost plus some .

I use these because the pointed tips cleans the edge of the glass nicely.

Wow! What an ass. You should report him to the postal manager.
I guess I’m fortunate to have a very nice postal worker. I always told her to knock on my door so I or my son can carry the heavy box off of her truck. So far so good. In return, I always give her a gift card during the holidays.

I’m thinking of installing one of 550 motors from one of my old RC truck when my casefeeder’s motor go out. The 550 motors (made by Mabuchi) are more powerful than the stock caseffeder motor. This motor used to power up my 12 Lb Traxxas Emaxx.

Thanks George! We're about an hour due north of the Detroit city limits. Not a native so I get a kick out of the UM vs. MSU rivalries... and then there's the thing with the arch-enemy "The Ohio State". Makes for some good parties, that's for sure.
Hey, my folks live in Rochester Hill while my uncle’s family are in Saginaw.

Welcome! That’s a very nice little setup you got there. Whereabouts in Michigan are you?

It just so happens my is 24" from ripping down a 4x8 sheet of plywood in half for a double layered top. Increments of 2 feet just work for some reason.
I do have a 3 foot deep bench in my woodshop for working on large projects but things tend to just collect at the back so my effective size is only 2 feet deep.
Deeper is not always better but I'd make it as long as you can.
Same reason here for my 24” deep bench. It works perfectly for my needs.

Thanks for all the replies so far.
I'm currently loading on a Dillon XL750 with all Dillon 9mm carbide dies. I used to load on a single stage press with Lee dies. I took the rounds that were failing and put them through the Lee factory crimp die, and that has fixed them. I definitely feel some significant resistance when I put the rounds through the FCD. I think the FCD fully resizes the case, whereas the Dillon crimp die just crimps the neck? After checking the round after it's been through the FCD, I can see clear marks near where the bullet bulges out the case below the neck. I'm now worried that the FCD might be deforming the bullet when it resizes the case.
The FCD swages the bullet down to .355”.

Blazer is almost as thin as the federal making them softer than the afore-mentioned head stamps on @dazhi’s post. CBC and S & B are the thickest while Fiocchi have the tightest primer pocket on non-crimped brands like WMA and WCC.

I have a 24” deep table and with my RL1100 mounted on the edge, I still have about 17-18” of space from the back of the bullet tray to the edge of the table.

Costco have the 32* brand air mesh long sleeve shirts with 40 SPF protection right now. They’re the summer version of thermal underwear and really nice. I bought a package (two shirts) when I I went to Costco earlier.

Is this the trashcan or the practice ammo pile? I wouldn't mind throwing away just the cases, but it's finished rounds that are being gauged
Practice ammo.

To the trash pile they go.

Thanks George, I think your TSO is a 9 correct? Measured one of my .40 mags and it measured .06 thicker than a 9 so I expect the the TSO .40 grip should be under 1.3 so should be good. Still want to wrap my hands around the real thing before investing about $3k
Oh yeah. Forgot to say that it’s 9mm.

Hey George16, question. I like the specs for the TSO, love my CZs but bit confused. The specs on the website for the TSO say width 1.77". The widest point on the grips for my Shadow2 are 1.142", grips on my M&P 40 are 1.20". I haven't found a TSO in stock to wrap my hand around so wondering, is the 1.77 the width at the grips or including max width with safety, etc. From images the TSO grip doesn't look like it would be 5/8" fatter than my Shadow. I have medium to medium small hands and that much larger of a grip could be an issue. Still on the hunt to find a gun in stock to wrap the hand around, so far available by order only. Any help?
My TSO measures 1.220” with the stock orange grips. I wish I still have the stock grips on my shadow 2 so I can compare measurement.

I will not have a slide mounted mount on my major gun personally. I recommend frame mount using a CZ Custom Multioptic mount and install your SRO or any other optic.
Here’s my TSO and Czechmate with the CZ Custom Multioptic mount:

You’ll be surprised to see more people buying it. Like you, a CP2000 is a better choice. Heck, with the money I’m going to spend ont he CP, I’d rather buy an RL1100 so I can load too.
