I have an STI Edge that came from Brazos that the S/N starts with TE. This was verified with Bob before I purchased my gun used. These were early guns, mine had at least 10k rounds and looked better than your pictures

I am currently building a 2011 similar to this with a 4.6" Bull Barrel and using a Cheely Aluminum Grip.

I shoot 124Gr. I have tried several others but I prefer 124

Factory springs are 10# Recoil and 18.5# Mainspring. I have shot all different factory an reloads and never had any issues.

I checked on that gun from hem several months ago when I was looking for a .40 SS. It is not available and cannot be ordered is the response I got. I missed one on the forum here, from what I found unless you build one not any other options I found.

Looks like this is why they aren't building Open Guns any longer. Don't think I would want them to touch this if they think this is normal. I would want full reimbursement or pay for repairs from a reputable shop.

Fusion Arms does DLC as well. I have been looking as well, I am building a 2011 so I am looking for options.

If you watch the Classifieds here, you can get some good guns and deals. This is how I got my Brazos and Infinity Limited Guns and just purchased my Open Gun there as well.

It's probably not necessary, but with the issues I had with .40 even with the EGW "U" Die I bought dies for .40 and 9mm when I ordered my Roll Sizer. It solved a lot of the issues I was having randomly. I have a 38 Super Open Gun on the way, so I bought dies for that, doesn't take that long and rounds load smooth as well.

I have read about this happening. I have Brazos sights on two of my 2011's and never had this happen and I have had them for several years. One is the original that was put on an Edge he built long time ago.

I have used Precision Delta until I started reloading was good ammo

When I first heard this couldn't believe it. None of my 2011"s have to be done like this as well

I have heard that they have been telling that to several owners, so whats the real issue with them????
