Been hearing some good things about the new Ruger MPR, and am looking for advice on purchasing one for 3-gun. I have a couple of A2 AR's set up for NRA/CMP Service Rifle matches (not suitable), and also a Colt M4 w/Aimpoint PRO which I may use for fun on occasion, but the MPR seems to be a more suitable choice (free-floated barrel, better trigger, compensator, etc, right out of the box). And of course, the price is very attractive. Thanks in advance for your input.

Long-time shooter, but first 3-gun match last Sunday at Bucks Co Fish and Game. Been away from shooting for a few years, but wanting to try 3-gun for a while. Felt really good to be competing again. Picking up a Stoeger M3K 3-Gun this weekend, and loading up some .223's on the Dillon press. Hoping to make the Topton, PA November match.
