I think we need to have a company make some production/single stack specific pants now And why dog the RO that might bump a shooter for this. A rule is a rule no matter how small we might think it is. If you don't like the rule, work on having it changed. I don't remember anything in the book saying I get to pick which rules I enforce.

I have bought guns from several of the already mentioned smith's here so I'll add Jim Anglin to the list. I won't say how many guns he has built for me(in case some one here is watching over my shoulder) and I feel like we are friends, but I have never called him once. I have his number and he has told me to call when I need something, but email has always worked.

GAS
in What I Hate
Yep, it cost me $100 this morning to fill up with diesel and that was only about 25 gallons.

I had a couple slip through before I installed the Mr. Bullet Feeder. Now I can catch them easily, they don't activate the dropper to have a bullet set on the case.

Target Barn has the 124/5's in stock.

Target Barn has those in stock. Angus has the 147's right now also.

Wow, 24 in single stack and an entire squad of north Florida/south Georgia shooters. This should be pretty good.

Oh, man just wait until the classifier next weekend. I want someone videoing the RO's face when I take off after the first string.

Forget the plate, I love the car man.

Totally awesome...someone really needs to make a frame mounted optic though
Speed Shooter Specialties is working on one right now.

Here you go APEX Video

Very good, I could never take the entire week plus travel time off work at that time of year to go to CA. Now that it is 4 hours away, no problem.
-
How many rounds are you able to get in that big stick?
-
It's really not heavy, but there will be some lightening done to it. This is the prototype.

OK, so I was just at Speed Shooter Specialties and saw the new optic mount Kenny has been working on. I snapped a picture of it while I was there since it was pretty cool looking. It fits both sized frames and it sounds like you will be able to switch/order with mounting plates for several different optics like the Cmore, STS, DR, weaver rail etc.

Nice! OK, since that is done now I want that finish on mine AND a picture of the car in the background of that first photo.

This is funny, my youngest just found out that his derby will be next month. Great tips here, I hope I don't get him disqualified.

You know, if the 2 dogs that owned my family didn't only weigh 10 pounds between the two of them, I would look in to it.

Ken, I am happy for both of you!
Now can you teach her how to shoot?
Forget the shooting, teacher her how to retrieve brass.

I loaded 3.4 grains of N320 with an OAL of 1.160 and had a powerfactor of 136.7 for the 20 rounds I put over the chrono.

I have some BBI 147 gr bullets and loaded them up with n320. They smoke some still so I was wondering, for those that have tried both which one smokes the least between these two bullets with N320?
