  1. As a personal trainer and CrossFit coach with 5+ years of experience, I’m wondering what y’all currently do for your workout routines. If y’all need any type of programming or have any questions about starting a workout program, shoot away.

  5. Food: When shopping at the store, try to stay away from the aisles, shop on the outside of the store. (Meats and veggies) Don't eat until you’re full. Learn to moderate. At the end of the day lowering your calorie intake is the biggest factor. Training:Just get started, you have to make time. And accountability is extremely important whether it’s with family or a friend. If you have the money invest in a trainer they are experienced (most of the time) and will start you at a level that is appropriate for you. Anyways best of luck to you on your fitness journey.   9. It’s important to note that stretching before a match should be dynamic stretches not isometric stretches. As in you should be stretching through motion, do a few reps of slow squats, deep lunges, etc. You can google “dynamic stretches” and try them before your next match. Isometric stretching has little to no benefit especially when held longer than 20 seconds and should NOT be done before a match.
  10. Get a KWA pistol and modify as needed for aesthetics. I have one and I can hit 3” inch groups at 30 yards easily.
  11. Visualization is a huge part of success in a match! Getting mental reps in of crushing a stage is a huge advantage.

  22. I managed to get a TBI a few months ago while at work, been working with neurology and will be getting Botox injections for my migraines starting next week! All about staying healthy!
  23. Haven’t watched since season 6. Just got way too unrealistic. Rick being able to headshot zombies but not Neegan when isn’t moving lol
