  1. 4.2g TG under a 115g plated Berry was my production load for quite some time. I'll try to post my chrono data later when I have PC access.
  2. I think revolver division should be 6rd major or 8rd minor.
  3. I just started shooting the same setup and so far have had no issues.
  4. If you reload, I think shooting .40 in production makes sense. In my area 9mm brass is hard to find, yet 40 is everywhere. Shooting 40 minor is doable if you reload. You then have the option of moving the same gun into Limited-10 and shooting major should you desire. I shot 9mm in production for 3 years. I am ready to move on to Limited-10 and am now buying the same gun in 40 to do it.
  5. These are the most popular at my local matches. They come in 4 or 6rds and are even cheaper used: http://www.midwayusa.com/product/2394156343/california-competition-works-shell-caddy-tactical-shotshell-ammunition-carrier-12-gauge-4-round-2-3-4-and-3-shells-polymer
  6. I could barely get 147's stabilized in my M&P so I never tried the 160's.
  7. I've shot three matches so far this year. The first had a larger than average turnout, the other two were our normal numbers.
  8. I had this on my old SDB with plated bullets. It never concerned me or caused any problems. I suppose if it bothers you, you could radius the hole inside the seating die with a reamer. When done, you would need to readjust your OAL setting.
  9. Bayou 147 TiteGroup 3.2 OAL 1.135 PF 136.5 M&P Pro Berry 147 TiteGroup 3.2 OAL 1.160 PF 134.2 M&P Pro
  10. I just picked up a Trojan 9mm from Dawson with this setup. I don't see how it is possible to over insert the mag. The mag basepad seems to hit a small section of the gun frame by the front of the magwell (yes, I have the no-gap magwell). This seems to be as designed.
  11. Once in a while I take out the extractor to give it and the grove it sits in, a good cleaning.
  12. I run 135's with Titegroup but not any of the powers you have listed. Berry 135g 3.6g TG 1.150 OAL 132PF from a M&P Pro 5"
  13. Way too much crimp. If that is the amount of crimp you need to use to get the rounds to chamber, I would go back to the FCD.
  14. I had the same issue with another 147g bullet/TG in the M&P Pro. Upping the charge and reducing the crimp helped but it still wasn't ideal. I switched to 135g bullet and don't have any issues. Many people suggested I switch to a different powder, so you may want to give that a try.
  15. I tried this same combo in my M&P and had tumbling issues as well. Bumping up the load made it go away but it was warmer than I wanted. I switched to Berry 135's with titegroup and have been very happy ever since.
  16. Here is my load data for the same powder and bullet. This is out of a 5" M&P Pro. 4.2 Titegroup 1.142 OAL 115g Berry 131.5 PF
  17. I had some key hole issues using 147's at just above minor PF. Upping the charge just a bit solved it. So if you are near the low end of the charge range, you could give this a try.
  18. I have no issues with Berrys at all. I usually get the best pricing from Powder Valley.
  19. Here is a 5 shot average of WWB 115gr 9mm out of my M&P Pro 5" fps 1204 pf 138.6
  20. Maybe try a different brand/weight bullet or adjusting the COL. Some guns just don't like some loads.
  21. What does the Dawson adjustable look like from the back? Anyone got a pic?
  22. I would give the stock barrel a try as suggested. Also try the stock spring if you have changed it for a lighter one. Some people report some of these guns unlock early, perhaps that is what yours is doing. Are you getting vertical stringing?
  23. .359 does not seem like a properly sized bullet for 9mm. After they were cast did you run them through a lube/sizing machine? I personally would not load and fire these at that size.
