Things I learned along the way: 

(Results may vary) 

- Prodigy trigger bow is longer than most others I compared it to.  So other bows/triggers might/probably not work in a Prodigy grip.

 

- Swap grip module and you can run what you want internally but prodigy trigger bow might not work in them.  (Too long) 
 

- Sear spring is specific to Prodigy (remember that when ordering parts).  
 

- EGW internals kit is a Prodigy specific. 
(Remember that when ordering)

 

- Infinity trigger will NOT work in Prodigy grip modules. (Call them and they will confirm this). 
 

- The frame screws on the trigger guard/grip module are fatter than say: STI/everyone else, they won’t work on swapped out grip modules.  You’ll need a new set. 
 

- Prodigy grip module doesn’t fit STI/SVI DAA Race Master holster blocks (Cheely grip does but may be overly tight for a while). 
 

- Trijicon does not provide the correct length screws to mount the SRO/RMR to the optic mount.  You’ll need to grind the screws down or buy the correct length screws on Trijicon’s site.  

- Nitro Fins don’t fit the Prodigy (someone please start making one!!!) 

 

Shoots great, only time will tell.

I ran a 9lb recoil in my 4.25 and it ran fine. Is this to low of a recoil spring?? Damage anything??

I bought a P120 to build for carry optics in Idpa. Any idea if a shadow 2 mag release will work in it? I know the sp01 extended will work with slight fitting. Also, looking for recoil spring weight. 12lbs?

Its not really a known issue.  Some people just dont like the way the saftey tab works or is located.

Yes. I had to remove material from the mag release .just sanded it and filed it very lightly until the dropped free. I will check mine to see if it has the bend.

My mags would not not drop free either. I had to sand down the mag release on the inside. Fixed it. Freedomsmith is going to come out with a racer version of the trigger that fixes the issues you talk about.

Yes. I am an idpa shooter. They have new president and he is doing amore grass roots approach. I polished everything up when i put in the trigger. Made a noticeable difference. I will try what you said. i was going to try a glock 20 next because its longer.

Have you swapped the striker spring? I have a ghost 6.5lb I'd like to try. You put in a lighter Glock trigger spring? I tried a ndz Glock 17 guide rod but it was about 5 mm too short.

I bought a 2.0 and had the apex polymer trigger put in. It went dead after 50 rounds and I found out they recommend a new sear. My gunsmith who originally installed it put the stock sear spring back in and stretched the trigger bar and it seems fine. after another 50 rounds. 

 

Apex recommended their 2 dot sear. will the competition spring kit and 1.0 sear work in the 2.0?
