I am running Taccom 13/16 barrel, bolt and buffer system, all in Aero Precision receivers and it has ran awesome. I mainly only shoot falling steel with the gun and it has never had an issue.

Timido, is that a custom plate from accuracy X or something they are offering? I can't find it on their website, I have a MPA that already uses their system so if its based off their plates I am definitely interested.

I have a nitro fin on my DS9, took a little bit of fitting but Nathan at SSI was able to let me know what to file to fit. DS9 frames have a little bit different cut than a normal 2011 so takes a little extra filing, mine has worked great now that I got it fit and installed. Its the same fitting he shows on the website for the Staccato.

Sorry my question was not clear, I assume the MPA stock mag release is threaded for the addition of the Brazos button?

Is that a different mag release or a button added to the MPA one, I need just a little bit more width for mine.

Hey Walt sorry for just now seeing this, I did get my Hybrid, it has been flawless no problems for about 400 rounds now. I will be running it in a 2 gun match this weekend and I will update how it goes.

MPA owner but new to the 2011 game but my DS9 I just received has been flawless, 300 rounds and no issues yet as I am still getting a handle on switching platforms.

@Walt_Knoxvillethey took right at 12 weeks to build mine. I ordered a stainless DS9 Hybrid on October 11th and it will be delivered to my FFL today.

Thanks I will pass along the advice, he had his post op checkups recently and all is well and he is getting back to his normal self.

Glad to hear you are doing well. My father just had quadruple bypass as well on the 28th. He is recovering well but wants to be better, I had to remind him he just had his chest cracked open 2 weeks ago.
