  1. Ran 80 rounds of mixed 100g-150g ammo with various power factors from 111 to 139 with the long stroke. It ran everything! Have to order a spare now!!
  2. Like the title, are there any OWB holsters out there yet? Asking for a friend. Thanks!!
  3. I just ordered a BDS. I really like their video demonstrating the locking mechanism. I have the other two as well. I believe GX holsters makes a PDP SF holster but you're going to wait for it!
  4. Nice review. Does your SF have a red dot or irons when running this guide rod system?
  5. You have to check the site twice daily and be ready to order.
  6. Here's a pic of the LOK extended button mag release that fits the Walther extended release. With my grip, I now prefer this!! The screw that comes with the LOK button is too big.
  7. I "prefer" using Wilson Combat's Universal and Grease on my PCCs and pistols. Like lgh said, "Now let the lube wars begin!!"
  8. It looks like an AR9 PCC buffer!!
  9. Here ya go! I have been able to fit 24 rounds using the MBX follower and spring. With the ZRTS spring and stock Walther follower, nets 22 rounds. I don't want to buy another magwell for this gun. I'm sure someone is going to make one. If you run IDPA, the LOK 18 round baepad fits in the box with this magwell. This combination does fit the USPSA magazine length gauge. Limited Optics here we come!!!
  10. I have 2 of the ZRTS +4 basepads and they fit and function perfectly in the Steel Frame magwell. I ordered 2 more last night!
  11. It's a Walther part. https://waltherarms.com/shop/q-series-extended-magazine-release-button-oval-blue
  12. You are right, not many reloads yet but it's holding up just fine on both guns.
  13. I kept mine loose and it found it's natural spot. Tightened it down and here it is on the Steel Frame. I have one on my Pro SD and it did the same thing. Perfect for me.
  14. If they had the Dynamic trigger stock I might have to get one. I'm happy with the 5". LOK +zero basepad fits the magwell and the IDPA box.
  15. When I had the Rival S, I found the flat tipped coated 147s were an issue. Round noses were good. FMJ or plated the best. I opened up the the magazine lips ever so slightly and had the best results. A spring made for the extended mags has to be run. Stock spring and extension are no bueno. Good luck!
  16. I'm waiting on the "blue" ones to show up then order with the MBX follower/spring package. Henning items are good juju!!! I have 2 ZRTS basepads and they work in the magwell. With the two very tiny set screws, they are not clean-friendly in between stages.
  17. Thanks for the heads up!!!
  18. Walther Forum members, FYI, Henning just started selling the new "PDS" magazine extension for the Steel Frame. Grey and black available now with more color offerings coming soon. Have fun!
  19. Really digging my new SF. 200 rounds of mixed weight and profiles. No hiccups!
  20. Honestly, that's the last thing I would do without having a spare magwell. And it was the first thing that crossed my mind!
  21. ZR Tactical comes to the rescue! They make a +4 extension that fits the steel frame magwell.
  22. Update: I tried swapping out the magwells, TF to the steel frame. Not compatible. Another surprise was the Henning basepads do not work in the gun with the magwell off! I have an original Henning without the extra tabs for over insertion I can try. I found the TF basepads work without the magwell on.
  23. I just had an "Uh Oh" moment with my new SF. NONE of my extended 141.25mm USPSA mag extensions fit in the stock SF magwell! This is both Henning and Taylor Freelance extensions. They all fit in the poly frame w/magwell just fine. What are you guys who have this gun running? I was hoping for magazine compatibility while shooting it in Limited Optics. If you have found a solution, please share! Thanks in advance!
  24. I have a SF specific holster ordered through RHT on the way and also have blue/grey LOK grips ordered. We put a Rival S next to the SF yesterday at my LGS and consensus was the SF was a nicer gun. Made me smile!
  25. I haven't had any problems with them.
