  1. Why don’t you try backing off on your crimp a little more and see how they group I crimp my lead loads at .379-.380 and .378-.379 for jacketed bullets. It may help only way to know is try it . Good luck
  2. Probably will have poor neck tension, they must be for something other than 9mm.
  3. The last barrel I slugged I use some fishing lead sinkers and melted it in a fired 9mm case with a propane torch. It worked great the 9mm case has a slight taper to it so it’s easy to start and it’s the perfect dia. It was easy to drive Thur I used a brass rod but a wood dole rod will probably work.
  4. I’ve had one of these for a year or a little longer and it’s been spot on a very good little scale.
  5. I use 124 jhp in my open gun and 147 coated lead in all of the other 9mm’s. I like the heavy 147 f/p because it’s seems to work better on steel plate racks and bowling pins.
  6. No don’t bead blast anodized aluminum it will take the color off. Use to work in a shop around that type of stuff.
  7. No I don’t clean my brass after I apply lube.
  8. Yes I clean before loading but as a general rule you should always clean your brass before loading because you can scratch your dies if you have a little piece of sand on your brass. If you do scratch your die it will transfer that scratch to your brass from now on. A piece of sand will even scratch a carbide die.
  9. I use to clean mine after loading when I used lanolin and alcohol but I switched to one shot and they feel like I can skip cleaning. When I did clean them after loading I only cleaned them for about fifteen minutes.
  10. The tip is what you need to measure but I would replace it it’s got to be the problem.
  11. I’ve shot 115 gr coated with 3.6 grs of aa#2 and it was a nice load. If you have some fast powder I would try it with your 115 gr plated bullets I believe you will like it. This is out of a regular ruger pcc.
  12. Titegroup and bullseye are the two dirtiest powders I’ve used.
  13. Some of the red dots have a small access hole that will let you get a q-tip to it,I just went Thur this with mine but they have some micro q tips on Amazon that worked real good.
  14. Very nice I like it. Would love to shoot mag Thur it. It looks like a flat shooting pistol.
  15. Are you doing your test with the barrel in same condition clean-dirty?
  16. Practice on your pocket knife it’s real easy you will get the hang of it real quick.
  17. I just wondering if your ammo was on the weak side that could cause your problems.
  18. This may not change a thing but I have seen accuracy improve with oal changes, I would load a few up at 1.150 oal and try it there is nothing lost by trying. I also agree with trying higher powder charges.
  19. I’m using 3.7 grs of A#2 under a 95 gr coated lead bullet in my pcc, very soft load. Haven’t shot this load in any handguns yet.
  20. That’s pretty good very acceptable, there’s no way to get them much closer unless you was using some type of match bullet with new brass of all the same head stamp. My guns shoot just fine with a higher deviation in oal then yours.
  21. I got one of these for my front sight just haven’t mounted it yet. I hadn’t had any problems with mine mounted on the receiver, shot a couple matches and a couple practices’s with it and it’s hitting what I aim at.
  22. I’ve gotten parts from graf and sons before but why not just call Dillon they May help out for free.
  23. I would take some dial calibers and measure the tip in four or five places to make sure it don’t have any high places on it.
