Has anyone used the teardrop style that SVI offers?

What is the difference between the paddle vs. the button? Edge40 you mention some have trouble with the paddle which would be easier being that i have small hands?

i'm not sure which route to go, being that I have small hand. I have to rotate the gun in my hand in order to push the mag release.

I was wanting to get some thoughts on mag release buttons. I see the STI's are going for around $50 but the SVI's are only $33. This is for a STI Eagle.

I found the Safariland 773 mag pouches have done me very well. I would recommend them to anybody as a very good product. -

no you can't but you can for L10 and Limited, thats why i was asking.

I'm using a Safirland 014 holster and am having really good luck with it. I recommend it to anyone shooting Limited or L10.

I am shooting a M&P 40 4.25" barrel I was wondering what are the advantages or disadvantages of a none captured round recoil spring (1911 style) to a captured flat coil recoil spring (factory) and a heaver guide rod.

i actually use a safairland 014 meant for a sti. I love it

I have a M&P 40 cal with 4.25'' barrel. Im looking for ideas on the best limited holster for this gun. The bad news on the Safariland website states that the 014 holster will not work with the 4.25 barrel. So looking for input thanks.

I got the bad news from STI that they have discontinued the Eagle for 2017. Being that what it is I've decided to go with a Edge. I thank everyone for the great replays and info.
