Such good products from a great company. The only thing holding me back is I would like handle a gun/guns with these magwells installed to see how differently they feel.

Has anybody seen the Long Slide at any shows r own houses? The last time I had seen the gun was at Brownells one house last year.

I had seen that also. I believe Springer Precisin is makes them for Speed Shooter Specialities. I'm still on the fence and still leaning towards a Limited magwell.

What are you using for loads? Does the gun have a tungsten reverse lug?

How do the new grip compare and feel compared to a CK Arms steel grip?

How do you like the tungsten guide rod, and mags are you using?

The Aluminum grip is $555 and the steel grip is $705 and thats starting base price. They are beautiful grips.

Cool. I was noticing in the carver it seems to have a noticeable ledge on the sides. I'm not sure if a magazine would hit it or if it just looks worse then it really is.

Is that a STI Eagle?

Bkreutz: did you have to do any blending of the gun to match up to the SSS Limited magwell.

How much bigger is the limited magwell then the Carver? Does either magwell seem pretty solid to the gun and stay tight?

I'm looking at buying a magwell for my M&P 1.0. I'm shooting limited and am looking at SSS ESP and the SSS Limited magwell. I'm not sure which route to go. I'm looking for pros and cons of magwell and mounting system. Info would be appreciated, or if there is something better out there.

how much time do you think you have invested in the job?

i've loaded 5k plus of the Bayou 180 gr TCG's at 1.115 o.a.l. and run them through 5' m&p pro and a std m&p 4.25 with zero problems. I have also used these same rds in 2 different STI Eagles in matches with no problem (even though the Eagles feed smoother with a longer o.a.l.).

I am currently loading the Bullet for the same model of gun. The O.A.L. That I'm using is 1.115 with tite group.

how much of a difference is there between RHT snake skin paddle, the Limecat release paddle, and the STI paddle? Has anybody tried all 3 of these or one vs. the other?

I love the color of your barrel and slide stop. Where did you get that done at?

does the steel magwell help any on recoil?
