What is the best range distance to sight in a 16"AR15 for three gun competition.The Normal 100 yrds or not.

I just got the CZ 75 B sa,,Ive owned alot of 9mm guns.By far this has been the best.I just dont like DA autos.Im a 1911 fan.Glocks are okay but I cant wait to get a holster and try this gun out in a Competition.

IDPA matches in Pima county Arizona?

When you place your Handgun in the box at registration does an empty mag have to be installed. Can McCormick 10 round mags be used. Can you shoot a match carrying AIWB or is it best just to carry OWB on the hip. Just for info sake I will be shooting a 1911.

Ive been away from IDPA comp for awhile now and just wanted some recommendations on the following gear.I will be using a 1911 single stack 45ACP.Need recommendations on a belt,Kydex holster and single and double mag pouches.Probably an outer garment.Thanks for the help.

I usually carry a Kimber custom tactical hd or Glock 21Sf but those become quite heavy.I got a S&W Mp Shield 45acp waiting to shoot it.Much easier to carry.
