For beginner, I think you better do 100% perfect sights alingment and no movement at all. That will help you to 1 build your Index and 2 learn call shots in dry fire , 3 improve trigger control
To impove transition, I think the best way is dry fire..Just put many targets on your wall at home and do transiton between them, and call your shots.... Near to far, far to near, left right, right letf, hard to easy, easy to hard etc...
Sorry about that. Agree "180 dq is a judgment call".. So work out a stage plan with less risk not even close to 160 dgreee and execute it. Add a detailed reload with angle at particular point (reload from front to back or right to left) to your stage visualization.
