Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. "bpipe95". Yes, the plunger spring is stock and the top of the plunger and all of the trigger bar is polished from the factory. i did have the trigger out and there was nothing that would cause this issue.
  2. "Torogi" I don't think I exaggerated that adjustment. I added another 1/16th - 3/32nd (pre & over travel) more travel at the very end of the trigger. There is the slightest of a "hitch" or "bumpy" feel when you work the trigger plunger but, certainly not even close to not being enough to hang-up or not push the trigger bar back up. Since racking the slide cures this, do you think it could have something to do with the sear? (racking the slide resets the sear group)
  3. Yes, "Torogi" there is enough clearance, no drag whatsoever on the hammer hooks.
  4. Gun - Xtreme Limited Custom 40 Add-ons - Henning Flat Trigger Problem - Running this set-up for approx 5k rounds. This problem just started. During a course of fire my trigger doesn't release the sear. The trigger has full range of motion when this happens (not trigger freeze, I've stopped to look at this closer), the hammer is cocked and the safety is off. (I believe the only issue this can be is that the trigger bar is not coming up) Rack the slide and it goes bang. Sometimes this will happen once in a stage or three times, I can go 4 or 5 stages without this happening and it may happen 3 or 4 stages in a row. I have put in a heavier trigger return spring, doubled my pre-travel and over-travel on the trigger (shot a match after this and the problem happened once in 100+ rounds). I've checked the plunger which has the heavier stock spring, seems to function fine (I've ordered a new plunger set-up anyway) Has anyone had this issue and identified the problem? Thanks in advance.
