  1. Does the firing pin(stricker) safety work with the Timney tigger installed?
  2. Hi y’all, In sent pictures of brass and head stamp(to see primers) to a Sig expert. He definitely thinks it’s a pressure issue. These were 125 and 147 coated bullets, sized 0.355), with Clays only making 125 power factor. I have been seating them short, 1.100-1.115”. They do pass the plunk test. Rounds seated at 1.130” also passed the plunk test but we’re a little sticky when ejecting the last unfired round. Primers are Federal small pistol match.
  3. Has any seen case bulging or firing out of battery like this from their Legion or X5?
  4. Yes, the Tungsten guide rod - with either the 13# or 15# recoil spring - will reduce muzzle flip. It''s also worth noting that, even though the stock captured recoil spring is "rated" at 15#, most would agree that it "feels" heavier than that... more like 18# It's designed to accommodate any +P factory ammo that someone might load into the gun, so it needs to be pretty stout. It could be 17#s. The IMSI's 11# and 13# springs measure 13# and 15# respectfully. The way I measure them, attach a Quick-Grip to the back of the empty gun's slide, attach the hook of a fishing scale(attached to something sturdy) to the Quick-Grip bar behind the slide, using the gun's grip and trigger guard pull till it's almost locked back and look at the scale. I have a store bought spring checker for my 1911 recoil springs and get the same measurements using this way. Wolff's usually measure what they say.
  5. Hi, You didn't mention if you have cleaned you stricker and stricker channel. My Pros get real cruddy after shooting lead practice ammo. Ever so ofter I'll remove the stricker and clean the channel with a q-tip or pipe cleaner. I also clean out the small hole on the bottom of the slide just back from the breach face with a small paper clip, clean the tip of the stricker too. Replace it with no lub. I have had no problem with Winchester and Federal small pistol, small rifle and small pistol magmum primers. Wolf small pistol is another story. I get a 10% failure to ignite rate. I've tried stock M&P, stock Glock and extra power Glock stricker springs with the same results?? Good luck
  6. Think I'll do that. Ordered another Storm Lake barrel yesterday. Not one hour after I did Kevin, from KKM barrels, called me to let me they have barrels for M&Ps now. Got one of them on the way too. Maybe when you get them all, you could post what you think of them all, and which one seems to be more accurate?? Thanks, in advance!! Shot the KKM barrel yesterday, shot so good I called Kelvin and ordered one for my other Pro. With 124 Montana Golds pushed by Solo 1000 it shot great groups off hand(20 yds) and from rest(35 yds). The Storm Lake or stock barrel, in this gun, would not get close to the KKM. The same with 147 MGs and 135 Bayou Bullets. For some reason the other Pro(stock barrel) does good with these loads. Loaded up all three with Clays last night, if it gets warm enough I'll test them today.
  7. 9mm, just use it for USPSA(production) and IDPA(SSP).

  11. I've used Clays, International Clays, and TiteGroup in 40 S&W, just wondered if anyone has tried Titewad?
