  12. Thanks to everyone who has responded!! The reason behind the the questions is I am looking to convert a 6 inch 686 to .40 SW. Got someone who can take stock barrel and bore & rifle it to .40 cal. Same thing with the cylinder. Just wanting to make sure I am not beating my head against the wall. Hop, that was the answers I was hoping to hear. Thanks!! Snertly, I know my CDL states none! Thanks for the replies so far, keep them coming. Angryreb
  13. Time to pick your brains, 1) Everyone talks about the discomfort of shooting these revolvers at Major PF. What makes for the discomfort- the Ti cylinders, 4 inch barrel or just the smaller L-frame? Other opinions? 2) How does the 646 reload compared to a 610? Looking forward to all answers. Thank you for your time. Angryreb

  18. I'm not following Reb, what's legal ?? Dave, I was told I could convert a Ruger Redhawk in .45LC to .45 ACP and compete in USPSA except in Production Division. Unless someone has changed their mind in the last year. E-mailed my area rep. and USPSA Headquarters. Angryreb
  19. Interesting! If somebody can locate a .45 Colt Redhawk maybe we can ascertain whether the chamber placement in the cylinder is the same as on a 625. If so, all it would take is machining the cylinder. Mike, Standard 625 moonclip full of ammo WILL drop right in, only needs to be machined for the clips. Angryreb Rover, is that a 6-shot conversion?? If so, I think that idea has potential.
  20. USPSA Legal in divisions except Production, Already checked on it!!!!!!!!!!! Angryreb
  21. Ruger, Build a 5.5 inch Redhawk with a GP100/Super Redhawk grip strut. Make the gun in .45 ACP and .40SW/10mm to start with then add 8 shooters in .38/.357, .38 Super and 9mm. IF YOU BUILD IT, WE WILL SHOOT IT!!! TEAM RUGER?? Angryreb
