Looking for a source of adjustable sights to fit my "Baby" Desert Eagle.

New to USPSA. I have a new G17 and couldn't get to the mag release easily . Put on an extension and it's great . Now I guess I can't shoot in production. What's my alternatives ? Remember I'm new and don't want to go against in big boys in open.
