check bore for pitting, barrel for dents, I assume the m3k mag tube is same as other stoegers so check that for rust

For y'all running stage savers/match savers/ whatever. Are you using chicago screws? Any interference issues to worry about on the action bars or spring or anything?

thanks, could probably use some more finish sanding and maybe a polish, but I've run out of attention span for this

Opened the loading port yesterday. I think it turned out alright thanks to folks that have shared info in this thread and elsewhere. I could quad load without anything done but am 30-40% faster now pretty easily.

after a bit of loading/unloading my 12" past spring has compressed to 11.5" and the runs 12 rounds fine. The first two shells still don't kick out when the shell release button is pressed but will as long as the bolt is cycled aggressively. I'll probably run it some more before cutting the spring, or try the mod linked in post 1. -

Have the same behavior with nordic spring cut 12" past. Planning on cutting the spring shorter a coil at a time till everything runs correctly. -
next time check and see if the bolt has rotated all the way into battery
