Two passes is starting to make more and more sense

Instead of two passes has anyone considered using the 2” mini chop saw first and then only one pass with the RT1500?

I noticed my vacuum line was plugged with brass shaving so maybe that is why is was have trouble getting a clean cut?

All - I starting using my RT1500 to convert and Trim 223 (LC brass) to 300 BLK OUT - I am not getting clean cuts for some reason - lots of brass flashing/spiraled material remains - any ideas how to correct?

Experiencing stuck case on my XL650 - I have lubricated my cases with hornady one Shot as well as the Dillon lube and Every 100 or so one gets stuck and I have to go through the process to remove - what can I do to solve this problem?

I prefer single stage, very light and crisp - I am used to a K-80 shotgun trigger, Atlas custom 2011 trigger, and top of the line Trigger Tech in my bolt action - open to suggestions pros and cons on flat vs curved shoe

All - going to work up a load with 124 GR PD FMJ using VV N340 - will be shot from an Atlas Titan - Adam from Atlas recommends loading long - 1.169 COL
suggestions on powder charge - is 5.4 GR safe with this bullet and 1.165 COL?
