Little late...sorry for not answering Sooner, but yes, I'm doing all sorts of excercises regarding footwork working in combined sets pushing cardio at it's max, while you run through the obstacles you need a lot of power, agility and longetivity to last till the finish line. I've included running drills, soccer agility drills and at some point I've bought a bodyweight routine from mountain tactical, it's hard but very good. Lately I'm thinking to buy a drill ladder to work some footwork, and cones to mimic the constant changes in terrain, I think it will benefit in the shooting area, regarding footwork in the scenarios.
