  1. M2inc.com. They have a wide variety of buckles and straps. I recommend the buckle with the high release lever easier to release the buckle. Also get the flexible strap. Easier to insert the strap into the buckle. The ratchet setup is definitely worth a try.
  2. I've modified (cut) my Double Alpha belt to use the ratchet system. I absolutely love it. It works so well that I don't have to use the inner belt. I carry a heavy 58 oz. CO gun and it is rock steady.
  3. Quality, accuracy, degree of difficulty to fit barrel. Also I've read the chamber is tightly but longer. And any other general characteristics.
  4. Has anyone had some real world experience with the CZ Custom's replacement barrel for the Shadow 2 or any other CZ gun?
  5. Alright, let's beat this dead horse one final last blow. Today at my club during USPSA pratice I sent about 170 rounds down range. I did it with my just arrived " Rhino" titanium recoil guide rod which I purchased on EBay for my CZ Shadow 2 OR. The total cost of the purchase to my door was about $47.00. This part is absolutely beautifully machined. It is a exact copy of the factory part. No alterations are needed. In fact it looks better made than the factor part. The gun and "rod" ran flawlessly. One last thing: Polymer rod = .1 oz Titanium rod =.3 oz Factory=.6 oz
  6. That's the one and I noticed on Ebay there is a titanium rod which looks to be a exact copy of the factory rod. But the cost is $39.99 plus ship ($ 4.75).
  7. Just got a reply from Double Tap. They cancelled my order and stated that they do not ship small parts from Canada to the USA because of the high number of lost packages. The only reason I was purchasing this part is because I was curious it being a CGW part. I have found the website where I purchased the plastic guide rod. It is CZ Custom. The rod is: CZ 75 polymer guide rod which costs $3.50. As I have stated you may have to shorten and/or file a longer and smaller taper on the end for it to work. It will be slightly short of the end of the slide but it will definitely work.
  8. I also was in a similar position like you. I believe the SP01 rod or a CZ 75 rod might work. I can't remember off the top of my head and have no notes. You can check by visiting Numich Gun Parts website and looking at their schematic of the gun. I contacted some websites for info but they did not respond. Do a search and shop around. Prices can vary greatly. Also note: When I first tried racking the slide it wouldn't go. The rod wouldn't slip into the clearance hole in the slide. I had to slightly file down the tip and round it off to work
  9. Recently while reloading I've had some rounds that gauge high in the Shock Bottle (Hundo) gauge. These are head stamped "SARS". I looked them up and this brass (ammo) is Turkish. Right now not really sure why this is happening.
  10. Perhaps roll FORMING and roll SIZING are two different animals.
  11. I retrieved my instruction manual for the Rollsizer. On page 3 it states: " Only, clean, dry, fired (or deprimed) cases should be used in the rollsizer". The next sentence down it states: " No case lubrication is required. Case lubrication will compromise the operation of the rollsizer and allow dirt to stick to the rolling surfaces. This is the main reason for premature wear." Make sure to tell them this too.
  12. If I remember correctly the instruction manual states specifically not to use any lube.
  13. Any possibility of a GREEN dot?
  14. Exactly this in my CZ Shadow 2 RSO. Fits in the gauge no problem. Works like a charm.
  15. Let me get this straight. This adaptor plate fits a CZ shadow 2 OR and will accept a FTP Alpha 3 red dot? If so, are you selling any?
  16. That's what I've been waiting for. Just ordered it.
  17. Hello Members I've searched most everywhere and emailed CT but here goes. Does anyone know the overall length of the CT Rad /Rad PRO? Want to make sure it fits inside the slide cut on a CZ Shadow 2 SRO. It sits on a Doctor plate. Don't want to make the same mistake again. Purchased a red dot that was too long to fit inside the slide cut.
  18. Thank you guys. I should have stated this question pertains to a CZ Shadow 2 SRO. As a matter of fact I'll be shooting my first practice session this afternoon. I will load the barney, lower the hammer, remove the mag and replace with a 23 round mag. We'll see how this works. Thanks again.
  19. Hello Members New guy here. Just acquired my first da/sa pistol. What is the correct procedure for lowering the hammer after chambering the barney round. Do I lower the hammer after the barney round and then insert the full mag or wait until the full mag is inserted? Or is it the shooter's choice?
  20. David on his YouTube channel ( The Humble Markman ) stated that some people put grease on the spring to help with its longevity.
