Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. .600 for the 124g and .680 for the 147g......
  2. What is the height difference between the 124 and 147? I would think you could just line them all up and pick out the 147s. WAAAAAY! too scared to load up a 147g with 4.3g of titegroup to go that route lol!
  3. This is exactly the kind of info I was looking for. They are running just shy of the factory load speed at 40°F and if I get similar results it should be right about the factory speed during the summer months. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't developing an IED lol. THANK YOU!
  4. I'm sure this has been covered before (can't find it) but looking for a general idea of how much of an effect temp would have on a specific load.(9mm 124g load) It was about 45 degrees fahrenheit today and I had a load running around 1060FP . How much do you think a 30 degree ambient temp difference would make to this load. Just looking for a general idea of an estimate. Im sure there is a very mathematical answer to this or some will say "Just chrono it when its warmer" but it sure would make it easier if someone could shed some knowledge from personal experience. Thanks, Rob
  5. Believe me I know about PA. I am 10 min from the border!
  6. I got them from nereloading I think. I got a 500 count bag of mixed 124 and 147.... What a pain in the butt to weigh each one and separate them! Even got a couple weird 100gr and 115gr hollow points thrown in there.
  7. Thanks for the warm welcome! I shoot everything, everywhere, I can!!!!! (Seriously getting more and more limited with the UNSAFE ACT) I will contribute what I can.... I just submitted some Federal HST clone load data to the 9mm reloading forum. Hope that will be of some use to someone!
  8. So recently I purchased some HST pulled bullets and decided to have a quick stab at getting a practice load figured out to match the factory load. Here's what I came up with. Temperature 45 degrees fahrenheit 124g HST bullet, Titegroup powder, CCI 500 SPP, 1.100" COAL, 3" barrel Sig P938 3.8g Err, 970, 971, 977, 960, 974, 959 4.0g 1005, 998, 987, 998, 1009, 995, 1001 4.3g 1028, 1059, 1059, 1061, 1064, 1058, 1062 Very happy with the results of 4.3g and just barely started to get some primer flattening. 4.3g is listed as max load with a COAL of 1.120" in my Nosler book. DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT CAREFULLY WATCHING FOR PRESSURE SIGNS!!!!! START AT 3.8G OF TITEGROUP AND WORK YOUR WAY UP PLEASE!!!!!
  9. Hi, My name is Rob and I love shooting and everything to do with it! I have been reloading for about 2 years and decided that after trolling this forum for the last couple months I should join and try to contribute something!
