The link above shows thespecs for my computer besides one change, I now have 1024 mb ram.
After upgrading the RAM I planned to move up on a video card but Im not sure if my mother board can support the upgrade and I read another post with a PC that was similar (if not identical) to the one I use. It said that you should probably upgrade the power supply to meet with current standards.
My friend suggested I buy a GEforce 6600 256 or 6800 GT money allowing. He is unfamiliar with my computer though and I just wanted some insight as to if it is possible/worth it to upgrade this computer.
Within 6-8 months I will be able to buy a new computer from funds saved up (probably custom made). However, if it is posible to upgrade this computer and not going to cost me the price of a new computer then Id like to do so.
Only problem is Im not sure if I can upgrade or not. Anyone have any suggestions?
