Hey gents! Im in the beginning stages of research into developing a commercial range. Ive bought the nra guidebook and am slowly getting through it (400+ pages). But i was hoping that any current range owners could comment on any pros, cons or things to be aware of. It will be strictly outdoors. Im looking at around 100 acres of commercially zoned land, hoping to have multiple pistol lanes, static and not, as well as a 1000 yd line. Unsure of the pros/cons of private club vs public vs hybrid.

Hey guys, I’m coming from the west coast and am in search of a range within an hour-ish of jacksonville nc that isnt plagued by RSO’s. Im used to self-rso private clubs and cant stand being hovered over. Even my local club that does uspsa doesnt allow holstered firing when not in a match. Help!

Kind of on topic, do you still case gauge after roll sizing? Im between spending 100 and using the hundo case gauge (and tossing the ones that dont pass) or like a grand on a rollsizer then not case gauging.

I see them a lot at different levels. I mean at the very least, its one of a handful of factory open guns on the market. They seem to have all other variants (to include rock island) in production. Just seemed weird.

My personal gripe is money. So the czechmate is my vote. In the last 10 years open guns have almost doubled in price. The norm is 5-10k while the czechmate sits at 3100 with more accessories/backup parts than any of them.

Hey guys! Just wanted to see if anyone has any idea why MBX doesnt make anything for the cz? Seems like the czechmate is among the most used open guns. The most ive gotten from them is “we’re looking into it”. Thanks for any info!

Hey gents, just curious if anyone has ever done a vault room in their home? Preferably one of the drop in units such as pentagon safes or vaultprousa. Really looking at doing a 6x6 or 6x10. Cost isnt terrible at somewhere between 10-15k. Looking for any reviews or input! Thanks!

You can use the czechmate charging handle. Mill a dovetail in front of where the rear site goes.
