  1. The older Edge and Eagle guns were well built and very classic looking. Miss that look.
  2. Thanks! It’s great to hear from you. That is helpful info. I’m in no place to get anything now but I think a Bullshadow variant is my next nice toy purchase. Text me some pics of yours if you get a chance. Would love to see it.
  3. Has anyone had the opportunity to feel and shoot both of these? I’m looking for a comparison for these exact guns as I’ve handled plenty of the other options. Just curious as to how they may feel when compared to each other as they are both crafted by CZ Custom. Both have short dust covers, great triggers, bull barrels, etc. I’ve only owned the LD versions of the A01 and they were front heavy.
  4. All of my A01 had the CZC RDS cut with steel plate. All had SRO and all had that gap. I didn't see it any more after a couple weeks but that RTS2 looks way better as far as filling that space.
  5. My A01 did this too and it functioned 100%. I also used N320 and it was at 137pf.
  6. I talked it over with SSI regarding doing a Nitro Fin and Nathan said it was different enough from CZ or 1911/2011 to make it a difficult project. Perhaps with more interest he would do it.
  7. No. Drill and tap frame mount only
  8. Sadly, I agree. For me the Everglades has always worked for limited and open.
  9. No, I don’t use a magwell on mine. It’s not hard to reload
  10. You will love the full action trigger job. I’m using Patriot Defense brass palm swell grips and they work great with the factory base pads.
  11. The roller delayed system is really really good but so is the hydraulic buffer. I would give my nod by about 15% to the MP5.
  12. You cannot fit/use a standard 1911/2011 safety
  13. Agreed. But I think the false start from the original DWX release burned some folks and made some grouchy. Parts will come at some point.
  14. I would prefer a wider shelf more like a 2011. I’m sure this will happen at some point.
  15. I read somewhere on social media that a DWX owner was able to get another slide and had it cut so he could have both worlds. It may be worth looking into.
  16. I would think that if it increases at all it will be minimal.
  17. Mine has some play as others have described. A little but not much at all. But the barrel lock up is super tight and I will stand with my previous statement that this is the most accurate pistol I have ever owned.
  18. The CZC full action trigger job transforms this into an amazing piece. Do it!
  19. I agree. I’m actually quite surprised by the accuracy of this thing.
  20. I would put my DWX up against any gun I’ve owned (if you know me then you know all I have owned over the years) regarding shoot-ability and accuracy. The CZC full action trigger job makes it pretty amazing. No it’s not fit like an SV or Venom but doesn’t cost anything near those and that is the exact reason I got it. Don’t care about that anymore. The DWX shoots better than my A01 guns by the way. Hard to beat a crisp single action trigger.
  21. That third pic with the orange towel is mine
  22. You can’t go wrong with the EGW kit…..but…..if you are sending it to CZC talk to Stuart about doing a full action trigger job on it. It’s a lot of work and a great value! Much more than just a trigger job. Do it!
