Ok let's assume that that is true. My question now would be is it because of the higher velocity of 9mm major that the JHP is more stable? If not than why is everyone not loading JHP across all divisions? Just a thought.

Why JHPs over FMJ round nose when loading for 9mm major? I'm going to be switching to open soon and was curious what the advantage is over FMJs.

I ended up ordering this one from Eric's site, I shipped quick had it in about a week. I haven't had a chance to install it yet. I does appear that it is going to set a little lower that the factory so I will probably have to change the front site out. But at least I know its not going to fly apart at any time during a stage any longer : )

Question/poll, How often do you change your recoil spring? what are you shooting and what is your preferred # I'm running a Limtited .40 180 Blue Bullets, 5.5 Gr Winchester WSF. Henning 10.5 spring, just changed it out after about 2500 rounds.

I have spoke with him. He said one will fit but not without extensive fitting.

I haven't heard anything as of yet, Maybe someone else has?

I ended up using red loctite on the elevation screw. It has worked so far, if you are looking to find the one Henning used to offer you can stop looking there are none left. Hopefully in the near future he will offer one again.

Who ever was in the shop said that they have had a lot of requests for them, they said maybe within the next few months. But will see hopefully sooner that later

Anyone seen any in stock anywhere. Henning hasn't made these for a bit and they are hard to find. The stock LPA is junk I've broke 2 already.

I switched from a Glock 35 to a Limited, the only issue was mag changes. Easily overcome with some dry fire. I've never looked back ?

Take the Cz spacer and cut the ear off of it and your good to go.

I tired that, I used red loctite on the screw and on the magwell. I put it on everything, it still didnt hold. it made it about a stage and moved pinching my mag. At this point I am going to put to stock magwell back on. Did you clean the surfaces with rubbing alcohol to remove oil and grime? Since the bonding surfaces are hard chrome and aluminum you should also use loctite primer. The primer helps loctite activate and bond too what they refer to as "inactive" surfaces such as aluminum and chrome. It's available for $14.99 on Amazon. It has worked for me. Sorry to get off topic here, I currently run a Hornady LnL and I am thinking about the 1050. My question is what does the 1050 come with?

Henning gave me a call last night and went over a few things. First the screw that is on the magwell in a little small which he designed on purpose. He said that the hole that the screw goes into on the frame varies from gun to gun so they had to make it little smaller for it to fit all. He said to use red loctite and It will be fine. Henning called me personally after a email that I sent out. His customer services is top notch and he cares about these guns and his product he puts out. You just don't get services like his from anywhere else. I'm lucky enough to live close by his shop so if I need him to work on anything he is the only place Ill go to, and buy any parts for my Tanfos. He is a true professional.

I'm going to tear it down again, clean it good and loctite everything this time. Thanks for the info.

So I purchased Hennings new magwell for my limited and the thing keeps sliding forwards. In result it is punching my mags making a smooth reload at Match speed impossible. I have used loctighted on the screw and torqued it as much as I can But it is still moving. Anyone else run into this problem?

I ended up taking the sight off and blue loc tighting the crap out of it. Shot a match lastnight and it's still rock solid. Hopefully it stays that way.
