Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I've shot 2 of them, 3gun style. They were awesome but I have almost nothing to compare it too.
  2. You need heat to soften loctite if you’d have used a torch or soldering iron you’d have not had any issues.
  3. I think it's confusing they allow refinishing but it's fine I'd not worry about it. I don't really care that much just amazed that it's not allowed, when I can refinish.
  4. Just an update to this. A few weeks after I initially posted this and about 2000rd's the gun settled down and has been shooting really grreat groups right around 2' at 25.
  5. Well then I guess I need to scratch some paint off. As a newish B class shooter I've got to say the production rules are confusing. I guess I get to stipple my gun now as well. That makes me happy.
  6. What rule does that fall under?
  7. Thanks Jake. Flatland im not following
  8. I shot some video with coaches eye and I posted it to a few friends hence the commentary on it. I was curious if anyone has any other things to point out, and some specific tips to avoid getting rocked back. I watched some video's of Vogel and TGO shooting bill drills, and noticed vogel got pushed back some but TGO didn't really move at all. 2.27sec, all A's 7yd
  9. I've got a Gen4 G34 that I put warrens on, I started with the .215 sight and was ~6" high at 20yd. Then switched to the .245" sight (had one laying around) that brought the center of the group down so that it was about 3" above POA. So looking at the dawson calculator I'd need to go up to a ~.270 front sight to zero the gun out poa/poi. The .245 is already rubbing on the top of my safariland ALS holster, so I'm trying to decide if it makes sense to switch to that or get the dawson adjustables. What's everyone's experience with the dawson adjustables are they reliable or am I going to need to zero them regularly? Second question is, regardless of where the rounds are hitting with the gun both freestyle and rested. It creates groups that are about 4-6" vertically with about 2" of lateral deviation. Any idea's I'm not against getting an aftermarket barrel as long as I can stay in production with it. And before people start saying I just don't know how to shoot glocks, with most other glocks I can turn in 4" groups stock and ~2" with after market barrels.
