11lb recoil spring 125gr blue bullets at 1435 fps

So I recently moved to open from limited and I am doing something I've never done with my limited gun, I'm dipping my second shot low...sadly often into hard cover. I think I am fighting the recoil that is no longer there from the switch to open. Any experience, thoughts or drills to overcome this or am I just picking up new bad habits? BTW I went from a Tac-sport to a Czechmate, so its not learning a new trigger system or anything, thanks!

I second 200's. I found them better than 180's for major, need far less velocity to make major I shot them for a good year before moving classes.

I do, normally 15-20 minutes of dry fire/reloads, but I wake up stupid early.

Does anyone have any experience with any different thumb rests for the CZ 75 TS in .40? Not sure which manufacturer has the better product for USPSA shooting.

Major is 170 instead of 165, something to consider if you're loads are very tailored

Yes, I can see a few coils on top of the trigger, and the end of the spring sticking out and pointing to the rear of the gun.

Has anyone had this issue? I have messed around with the reset screw making it have extra travel after the reset. It did not fix the issue. It seems to only happen when I'm firing ammo, not during dry fires. Used two different types of 180gr. One was full power, one was at 950fps. Anyone have this happen and know what might be wrong?

Just got my new TS for USPSA. I really hate the cheap plastic guide rod that is in it and would like to know if someone has experience with the DPM guide rod. Or if its not effective and I should just get a stainless steel GR.
