My M&P will run trudicated cones, no problems at all. I cast these myself.
My Colt 1911 gets hiccup's with them, and prefers round nose.
Both bullets are 230gr.
With all the problems facing gun owners in this day and age, you would think we could have more information on gun laws and how the left is trying to remove the 2nd Amendment.
COL will really depend on your pistol and chamber. You want at least a .01 jump from chamber to lans. Less than that my cause over pressure. The problem with making the perfect round for your pistol, is that they will not work in every pistol.
I am a 550 fan! I reload at least 11 different calibers. All I can say is buy more toolheads!!!
For me the worst part is to change the primer size.
Even the EBAY toolheads work fine.
Easiest thing to do is when loading primers, when primer tube is in position, touch the metal primer tube and a metal part on your press. The static charge will be equlized. If your press is near the earth, run a wire to a ground rod.
Since I already have the Single Action Army in .357, I think it would be nice to get a matching Rifle.
Dream Gun would be Winchester 1873, 24" Straight grip, round barrel.
What would be the better way to go with ammo? Heavy 158gr or light 125gr?
