I got the kkm conversation and it has been 100% reliable with no other alterations and factory 124 grain. I tried some reman 115 grain from great lakes ammo. Those did not work. I put the great Lakes in my glock 43 with no issues so there appears to be a need for a little more ass to run the big slide. I used this set up for a full season of IDPA, USPSA and 3 GUN with zero issues an accuracy is better than factory barrel. So 4000 rounds of speer lawman 124 grain 9mm and very happy. I will not be buying a 34.

I have had my 1301 for 5 months and find it to be great handling and absolutely reliable. I have not found anything that it won't run including 2 light loads that would not cycle at all in my Mossberg 930. I have not done anything to it yet except the extension but it will be going in for a rear sight, port work and welding the carrier. With all that said I will need to start practicing some stage simulations to get the manual of arms down. I look forward to that!

Hi, I have been lurking for years. I find this to be about the top sight for all things competition in the action shooting world. I am a lifelong firearms enthusiast, shooter, hunter and NRA certified instructor. I practice and teach beginning through intermediate defensive handgun and shotgun for the armed citizen. I am a long time IDPA shooter, I dabble in precision rifle and have recently begun to get into 3 Gun. I hope to start shooting USPSA this year. I shoot local matches but would like to start to branch out into regional and state events in NY where I live as well as other states. PS: This is the first forum in which I have started with an introduction as my first post. Maybe that will help people acknowledge that I exist?
