  1. We had shooters on our squad complain about this. Why could I as a PCC shooter use my weak hand to grab the stupid prop and pistol shooters had to use their strong hand to grab the prop? We complained to the MD and it was basically told it is what it is... Sorry you got DQed on a stupid stage at A7. This problem should have been resolved prior to the match starting. But at the same time, I'm not surprised it wasn't. I'd also suggest ditching RHT crap as it's exactly that, crap. IMO obviously
  2. I'm jealous you guys have PCC matches! I wanna move to AZ so bad and get away from this miserable New England weather and laws.. I've had a few friends move out there and say they wish they did 10 years ago. Maybe ill get into A2 and get some nice weather shooting in a month
  3. Stock trigger is a drop in unit. Not a traditional AR trigger.
  4. Welcome to the MPX world! I run a Leupold Deltapoint Pro 2.5 on an American Defense low rise quick disconnect mount. The magwell is Shooting Sports Innovations bottom feeder which is over priced, but worth it to save the plastic magazines... I had the TTI magwell but it’s aluminum and will destroy your mags if you practice reloads. My magazines are 30s with TTI extensions to hold 41 I run a Hiperfire Eclipse. I just posted on another thread in this PCC section about triggers I have a KAK buffer tube to pic rail conversion to a 6 position buffer tube with hogue overmold stock I have a Crimson Trace laser that everyone else has (forget which) but is pointless as I never use it. Otherwise, it’s a stock MPX Competiton/gen3 or whatever you wanna call it. I have 2 identical MPXs... Thanks for watching my match video!
  5. I’ve had the following triggers in my MPX’s... the one thing I will say, everything everyone is say is subjective because everyone has their own opinion on what feels best. stock Timney black body trigger from MPX Competition. Great trigger, but too heavy. LaRue MBT. Trigger length of travel was wayyyy too long. It worked, but felt like crap in my opinion. I had light strikes as I put JP yellow springs in it. This trigger didn’t last long in my MPX. Geiselle SD-3G. The MPX just doesn’t like this trigger... it woulda snapped the hammer and disco at some point. I tried this as I have it in my AR and had one lying around. Great trigger, just not for a MPX. Timney Dan Horner DH-3. Was specifically told it would work in a MPX. This trigger was amazing, until it wasn’t. The trigger stopped dropping the hammer. Contact Timney. They send me some new springs as they said they took a set and blah blah blah. Put it back in and did the same s#!t within a few hundred rounds. Returned it as it’s junk for a MPX. Elf PCC flat face whatever. Started having issues within a few hundred rounds. Took that out. I also didn’t like it to begin with. Too heavy.. weird trigger break. Idk I just didn’t like it. at this point, I was pretty frustrated as nothing was working. I was having tons of malfs with all the triggers except the stock Timney. Again, the stock trigger is just too heavy for a “competition” gun IMO. Altho I can still .12-.14 split pretty consistently with it. It just takes way more effort to do that which would sometimes turn into trigger freeze. I came on here and spoke to local friends with a MPX. I’ve settled on the Hiperfire Eclipse. It’s been flawless. I have a bunch of hammer deformation, but it’s kinda stopped now. I don’t know exact amount, but probably have 6000 rounds thru it now. so long story short, I highly recommend a Hiperfire Eclipse. I also think you shouldn't be too hung up on the 2 stage thing. If you can consciously prep the first stage for a shot in USPSA, you’re not going fast enough. Again, this is my opinion. Good luck on your journey. Learn from others mistakes and just get what work best for yourself while being 100% reliable
  6. I didn’t miss the MPX sucks threads. To each their own.. I love the MPX... I use the GoPro Hero 8 Black. They just lowered the price on it now since it’s “out dated” so I’d highly recommend it. It’s kinda heavy but I don’t notice it when the buzzer goes off.

    AO1 LD Review

So I just purchased an A01-LD optic ready. I haven’t received it yet, but was wondering if they come with a plate that’ll fit a Deltapoint pro? I’ve looked and can’t find out much info still. thanks!
  8. The problem is if I turn it off, it’s all bouncy like everyone who uses older gopros. But I do agree with what you said. It is what it is... thanks for watching!
  9. Thank you! It wasn't my best display of skills, but it was barely enough to win. and a win is a win!
  10. I specifically went into this match with the "dont say f#@*" during video. I've unsuccessfully done that this entire year haha
  11. I barely won PCC at A7. Watch my video and feel free to give feedback!
  12. I always say screw using a laser but I did at area 7 yesterday cuz why not. I was having a terrible match and it was my last stage so I said f it and lasered it up haha
  13. my buddy specifically spent Max his CMC to make a video on it. Max is at a whole different level tho. Either way, it really is a great trigger. I can't say from experience tho as I'm not sure how it would like the MPX
  14. It's interesting to me hearing other peoples load preference. I find 147s to feel sluggish in really any 9mm. I'd prefer bullets to get to the target as fast as possible. If I could source 100gr RN bullets, I'd use them. For now, 1200fps 115s will have to do. My ejection is about 20 feet around 2 oclock also. Or off my right forearm as im a southie.
  15. I’m pretty sure it’s you’re stock that’s preventing you from becoming a GM... you should immediately purchase whatever stock the best shooter has as that’s what got them to that level.
  16. Wow you’re lucky to have not had problems prior to 12,000 rounds! I think the most I did was 5k without cleaning the gas system and it stopped running. I clean my gas system every 1,000-1,500 rounds now
  17. I would NOT recommend it. I don’t even run coated bullets through my MPX. IF you decide to try it, I’d say run hard cast lead at 18 brinell. But your MPX will smoke like a musket with the lube Good luck. Report back results My next question is how often do you take apart the gas system to clean? That will play a big role on reliability.
  18. I used to have a DPP for offset but took it off as I never used it. I use a DPP for my primary dot too
  19. My buddy has a CMC flat something whatever drop in thing.. I like it and he hasn't had any issues with it that I'm aware of. Id have to grind off the bottom dingus on the trigger tho
  20. Welcome! Learn as much as you can here
  21. I only run 2 pouches. one on my hip for my backup mag. one in front for start mag / classifier reload. I may carry a third soon. I prefer my weber tactical pcc gamer mag pouch for my MPX mags. They're very nice IMO.
  22. I can reload to a 41 stick fully loaded no problem. I just practice reloads... that’s is. That being said, it can still be messed up. In my A8 video, you can see me bobble an unloaded start pretty bad.
  23. I 100% 19-02 this past weekend in PCC. I even got it on video..
