  1. I agree with WST, there are other good options but you didn't mention what powders you have handy.
  2. I used to watch it almost religiously but before Rick left, it just got too drawn out. So many better ways they could have done things but didn't just to draw it out longer. I haven't watched since Rick left.
  3. Looks good, always liked the Ford GT
  4. I've heard great things, I also like their products.
  5. I think it does at first at least, I see a lot of new guys try to go fast and do pretty bad, slowing down always helps them.
  6. Welcome Sandy, my father has had hip replacement surgery so you still being able to get out and shoot is incredible.
  7. I'm not exactly excited abou it, but I have a feeling that I'll own one at some point.
  8. I have some TK Custom .050" moonclips for my Gp100 MC, I only really shoot .40 anyways but they work great. Factory moonclips gave me about a 50% failure rate.
  9. Not full power, but works well: 280gr Beartooth WFNGC, 24gr 2400 @ 1.720" does 1,360 fps from 7.5" Ruger SRH 250gr Hornady XTP, 24gr 2400 @ 1.700" does right at 1400 fps from 7.5" Ruger SRH (250gr XTP needs to be kept below 1500 fps)
  10. I can't really help you in that I've not tried too many 200gr bullets with Power Pistol. I do know that a 200gr Nosler JHP (1.130", CCI Small Pistol, 1x Winchester brass) over 6.3gr Power Pistol averaged 906 fps from a 3" Kahr CM40. I know that doesn't exactly help you out, but for what it's worth, it was very consistent and shot very well. I have some 200gr Missouri "Steeler" hardcast bullets that I plan to load between 6.0 and 6.5gr using Power Pistol.
  11. All from 5" Gen4 G21 w/KKM bbl. 1x R-P brass and Win LP primers 200gr Missouri SWC, 5.0gr WST @ 1.250" = 920 fps avg 230gr Missouri SoftBall, 4.2gr WST @ 1.250" 791 fps ( 9 fps ES!)
  12. Yes, all Gen3 barrels including conversoin barrels will work in the Gen4 Glock.
  13. 3.6gr Titegroup @ 1.135" is your friend. Runs perfect in all my Glock .40's, and it's very accurate.
  14. Thanks for the help, Doug. In a "hot" load that is already hot, I wouldn't dare substitute a standard primer with a magnum one. So you say you see a larger velocity jump using SPM primers? Some loads use SPM as the norm, and likewise, to acheive such velocity I wouldn't want to sub in a standard pistol primer. So far, a small rifle primer isn't as hot as a small pistol magnum primer?
  15. Hey guys, I haven't been reloading real long, about a year now, but I was wondering something. One of the calibers I load is the 40 S&W, and I use small rifle primers in my loads instead of small pistol primers. I've heard this isn't a big deal, so I'm wondering, is this alright? Secondly, is there much of a difference between a small rifle primer and a small pistol magnum primer? Does the small pistol magnum primers burn hotter? On occasion I load some on the hot side, and I was wondering some of the differences between the two?

    Pic Request

Nice gun, I really have been looking into a Glock 35 to compliment my Glock 23. Hey did you do the red lettering with a red crayon? I did the white crayon on my standard slide. Nice pictures! Is there a way to get a shot of the buisness end of the 35? I have a BarSto barrel for my Glock 23, and was wondering if the KKM looked any different. Thanks!
  17. I've not seen any problems, I use a RL550B and shoot a Glock 23.
  18. Might I recommend the Ameriglo Operator series. My set has a green dot up front, and two yellow dots in the rear. Great sights, well worth the $75 paid for them!!!
  19. I know 800X can produce some great upper level loads. Metering isn't the best, however.
  20. Nice bench NCUrk. I'm gonna build me one, even though I have limited room. It's gotta be about 4 ft wide and 15 inches deep. Not sure of height yet but I'm liking the idea of using cabinets for stands!!
  21. Over on GlockTalk I've heard the max is 1.155"
  22. I have a Bar-sto barrel for my Glock 23. It not only looks good, but it will provide some pretty tight groups also
