  13. Not sure if we've been lucky on the last 6 guns we've done with the Xtreme sears but they required no fitting on the safety leg. Only thing they needed was polishing and smoothing out some main contact areas. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up and see if anyone else has had the same success when using the one piece xtreme sear.
  14. Running the 135's from Bayou in Stock II and Stock III guns for about a year now with no issues. Accuracy is awesome out of each platform and the guns perform way better than what i can shoot free handed.
  15. Thanks, i did those my self. We build precision bolt/AR platform rifles, although my new found love of USPSA shooting got me involved with these tanfos in my free time. They're a really nice pistol platform.
  16. I'm open to what ever, i do have a fairly large stock pile of 3N38 though. I'm a precision bolt rifle guy so this gold team is a little out of my norm for load development and what not. So im open to see what guys use and what works in their guns. Thanks in advance for your help.
  17. I've searched around through a few threads and haven't come up with to much on 38 super loads for a gold team V12. Does anybody care to share what seems to work well for them in their guns as far as major loads?

  19. A few of my personal projects i've been working on, both done with cerakote. The Stock III is burnt bronze and armorer black, and the grips on the gold team are not staying.
  20. Do you guys mind elaborating on the the modification done to the extractor? Are you filing it down some?
  21. Quick question fellas, not to derail the thread. I m just getting into open and thinking about picking up a 38super gold team. I have a large surplus of super comp brass and was wandering how well the gun shoots super comp brass or does the ejector need to be tuned? I've searched around enough to pick up that some gun brands shoot either or while other guns need to have the ejector tuned for it.
  22. I've been searching through various threads but haven't been able to find a definite answer on if Mec-Gar makes the factory K9 mags for the Stock 2? I've thought i've seen on here where guys where having issues with the factory K9 mags (possible feeding issues) and where told to go with the Mec-Gar and no modifications would need to be done to the mags unlike the factory mags. Trying to source some more mags and all i can find is factory ones, thanks in advance.
