  1. I have an old Sabre Defence XR15 9mm AR. It has a mil spec lower with a magwell insert for 9mm colt style mags. As we’re having a 10 round mag limit for rifles in Germany, lots of reloads are needed and fast reloads are vital. Lost a few seconds here and there at the last match. Now I’m looking for a good magwell / jet funnel for this kind of lower receiver. What’s your recommendation? Thanks, Sascha
  2. The second dot’s brightness is the same as the main dot. Both are regulated together. You can use the second dot as an easy to find holdover for far or even very close distances (for example a clay pigeon on very close distance). Unfortunately the pics made with the phone don’t show the dots color and brightness nicely.
  3. Here’s a live picture of the reticle on 50m indoor and 300m outdoor. On 50m the black point is a small patch, the targets on 300 are two IPSC targets and one IPSC 2/3 target below. The dot doesn’t come out nicely on the pictures. It’s much more bright in real life. Quality of the iPhone pics is also reduced. The glass is very bright and the field of view huge. I own a K16i with the SI1 reticle also. I like the new 3GR!
  4. There was a test in the German gun mag "Caliber". Result was very promising (Hornady HAP 30mm @ 25m) finish and quality was excellent. As I heard in personal conversation they are planning to make clip version also. Maybe more info after IWA (German "shot show").

    929 ?

I've never had any issues with mine. It works fine from the first day on. Of course, you have to spend some work on the trigger but which revo trigger runs as fine as we want to from factory? An Apex hammer plus firing pin, some polishing and I got it. Shot some IPSC matches and a Steelchallenge with it in between and I'm really happy with it!
  6. Hi Frants, strike looks slightly out of center? Maybe, on 1 of 100 multiple issues come together like not properly seated primer plus a slightly outcenterd strike - voila, misfire... Could it be, that one chamber has a little bit worn cylinder stop notch? Or the star is worn a bit... Just food for thoughts... Btw - I'm still waiting for your promised email after the Steelchallenge ;-) Best regards, Sascha
  7. I've used it for my custom barreled 627 before. Just had to adjust the length.
  8. It fits! My 929 fits with both, the comp or the dummy to my CR Speed WS Revo Holster.
  9. Sounds good to me But to be realistic - I guess, our Revolver group is way to small for the big companies to spend money on. To the idea of a tournament - we have this kind of tournament here in Switzerland, Austria and Germany called the "Top Wheelgunner Trophy". A series of Revolver only matches from Revo shooters for Revo shooters with a final for the best 30 shooters. Works quite good. Of course, also there we have ups and downs with more or less shooters. But basically, it works. http://www.top-wheel-gunner.de/ But not to forget, distances here are much different compared to yours. There are usually no shooters from northern Germany. The longest trip, I made to a match of the TWT has been ~550km (single distance) by car (southern Germany to a match in Austria)..
  10. Unfortunately, my day off at the WS is Wednesday. Otherwise I really would have liked to join you at the OK Match!
  11. Yes. Buy once, cry once. Same with Hearthco clips. You can reload the starlines several times so the invest is worth it. And the fit of starlines with Heartco's is just perfect and always the same.
  12. Not worth the hassle. Just use 38 Short Colt brass with Hearthco clips and you're done. You can't size the 9mm completely to fit the 357 chamber. The chamber needs to be reamed to fit the 9mm.
  13. Have you ever traveled to a major match by plane and tried to get enough ammo with you? The official allowed qty is 5kg ammo according to IATA rules. Even with short colts and let's say 125grs bullets, you can never get enough with you. Buying match ammo also won't work with short colts. So if the rule change comes also for IPSC, it would be perfect for shooting 9mm match ammo. But even for local matches - no more need for reloading 38shorties. I like the idea of a competitive 9mm Revo. Shooting 6Major with 38sc and my loved 586 combined with the opportunity of shooting 8minor with the 929 sounds very good to me.
  14. seems to be a 6-rnd 9x21 as posted on this italian site: https://www.bignami.it/it/difesa-sicurezza/prodotti-it/?cat0=101&cat1=153&cat2=AL5&idProdotto=360532#1
