I guess the safeties are tuned swensons. they look great. really a nice looking gun.

I tried the Sps mags as well - but they are not working, they are slightlysitting to low in my gun. sti mags are working fine in my 9mm major (sti grip). even without spacers. just make my ammo with an OAL 31mm. no feeding problems at all.

had an equal problem like you. just got my gun back from my pistol smith - according him it was the disconnector and the sear spring. he replaced both and my gun works fine again :-)

I am using 124s for 9 major. and it is no problem to get an OAL 31,0mm with them (I am shooting IPSC)

no, it is not adjustable. but for me it fits perfectly. I would not change anything

Since he's listed his OAL in millimeters (with commas in place of periods ), I'd have to assume he's shooting IPSC and not USPSA... so he's fine. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you are right. I am from europe/austria and shooting ipsc. but I would be happy to try a uspsa match as well.

the gun is tuned by a german pistol smith (HPS). *thumb rest [generic]* is made by him. the only things I added are the bedell blast shield and the dawson magwell.

In my 9mm open gun I am using: 7,7g 3N37 124g OAL 31,0mm that gets me 165 pwr factor

I am using a wolff 11lb commander length spring in my open gun.

The gun is about 8000 rounds old. Worked most of the time. Last month occurred the first problems. The hammer was falling without pressing the trigger. So I asked my gunsmith for advice and he fixed the problem. Gun worked fine the next 2 weeks. Since then I am having the problem mentioned above more and more often. I guess the sear spring is a good hint to look for. I will try and keep you informed. Thank you so far

Hi all togehter My Open STI is making some trouble. While I am shooting everything is fine. But when I unload,.... hammer down - the hammer does not fall completely. It only goes to half cock. This is not happening while I am shooting. But when no mag is inserted and I pull the trigger - about 50% half cock only. Any idea about the reason?
